💡Fun Fact: Did you know excessive intake of salt can lead to serious health issues?
Food intake plays an important role in maintaining our body health which means the food that we consume contains salt which is practically the main source of sodium in our diet. But excessive amount of salt will lead to increased blood pressure, risk of heart disease, stroke and may other dangerous health issues. So how can we avoid too much salt when preparing a meal?
With the help of AJI-NO-MOTO®️ pure Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), we can reduce our daily salt intake. It contains only 1/3 sodium compared to table salt. Even with reduced salt, AJI-NO-MOTO®️ can help to maintain the deliciousness of our cooking with Umami taste. Like they said “Less Salt, Umami It”.
