Eating smart is something that took me a long time to understand. That is by always looking at INGREDIENTS.

Publicly and on social media we've heard the term "eat clean" alot. But sometimes I feel that has been misrepresented. Cause in the end it also depends on what does one person define as eating clean. What I consider "clean" may not be to another person.

In my opinion a better of looking at the food you eat is take a look at the ingredients that is used. For examplr An avocado should be an avocado. Beef should be beef. Then look at how food is cooked, what kind of oil, what sauces which may have hidden ingredients.

I'm glad that @agrainmy you've been so accommodating since the first day I found you, in answering my ingredient whims and questions hahahaa. But thats why I trust you and my gut trust you too. Literally 😘
