開始轉季了，氣溫也明顯冷了 ❄️ 懶人我放假只想窩在被窩裡，睡到自然醒，然後吃碗熱滕滕又美味的麵！這簡單的願望對於只會做暗黑料理的我來說，其實算是難喔 😁 不過！最近經好朋友介紹，買了這款來自台灣的「山喜屋詹麵」，其中一款口味是全素 - 茄燒湯麵 🍅

一包三入，大概只需要幾分鐘就做好了。必須說這款麵條札實有嚼勁，比一般麵條更彈牙！更美味！它的茄醬是另一大賣點，超級濃郁！我整碗喝完！😅 再配上我喜愛的素魚蛋，一碗簡單美味的茄燒湯麵完成！

我還配了一些最近購入的「自家發酵純素泡菜」，增添風味呢 😋這泡菜不只是純素，沒有使用任何海洋動物，而且沒有額外添加糖和鹽，只用了新鮮水果發酵。不太愛吃泡菜的我，最近每晚都在吃 😜

The season is starting to change, and the temperature is obviously colder ❄️ I just want to lie in bed, sleep until I wake up naturally, and then have a bowl of hot and delicious noodles! This simple wish is actually difficult for me who has no talent in cooking 😁 But! Recently, I found this "James Sauce Noodle" (product from Taiwan). One of the flavors is vegan-Braised Tomato Noodle Soup 🍅

It takes just a few minutes to make it. I must said that this noodle is really chewy and more elastic than normal noodles! More delicious! Its tomato sauce is another big selling point, super rich! I finished the whole bowl! 😅 With my favorite vegan fish ball, a bowl of simple and delicious Tomato Noodle Soup is completed!

I also paired some recently purchased "home-cultured vegan kimchi" to add the flavor 😋This kimchi is not just vegan, it does not use any marine animals, and there is no added sugar and salt, only fresh fruit for fermentation. I don’t like kimchi so much, but I have been eating it every night lately 😜

Punya sadapppp. The Soda Herbs is perfect for after a long run/workout (sepa suka jeruk jeruk tu inilah paling ngam, asam boi, macam kitchai ping kao), it has that lychee mint sour flavor 🤤🤤🤤 so yummehhh. The avocado though, so milky it kinda reminds me of that coconut 🥥 chia flavor profile but in avocado ❤️❤️❤️ Jan kasi lama k.

低 碳 水 高 蛋 白 麵 包
𝟒-𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐋𝐨𝐰 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐛 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝🍞

昨天新試的食譜♡︎ 這個食譜只需要蛋、蛋白粉、杏仁/花生醬、泡打粉，不需要烘培杏仁粉或椰子細粉，很多人家裡已經有的材料～ 做出來質感跟麥包很相似呢！
No flours needed for this simple bread recipe, you only need 4 ingredients which you probably already have at home🤍

☺︎︎ 材 料
- 4x 雞蛋
- 1/2 杯 (45g) 乳清蛋白粉
- 1/2 杯 (125g) 無糖杏仁/花生醬
- 2茶匙 泡打粉

☺︎ 步驟
1. 預熱焗爐300 °F (150 °C)
2. 在一個小碗裡混合蛋白粉和泡打粉
3. 用電動打蛋器將杏仁醬打至軟順
4. 一邊打發，一隻一隻雞蛋加進去打至順滑
5. 把乾材料加進去打至順滑
6. 倒進去蓋好烘培紙的麵包盤
7. 焗30–40分鐘

☺︎︎ ingredients
- 4x eggs
- 1/2 cup (45g) whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup (125g) unsweetened almond / peanut butter
- 2 tsp baking powder

☺︎ method
1. Preheat the oven to 300 °F (150 °C)
2. Mix the whey protein & baking powder in a small bowl.
3. Beat the nut butter with an electric mixer in a large bowl until creamy.
4. Add one egg at a time beating well until the batter is smooth, fluffy and bubbly.
5. Combine the dry & wet ingredients & beat well until creamy.
6. Pour the batter in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake for 30–40 minutes.

☺︎ 後記 remarks
- 我做的時候加了100ml水，因為質感看起來太厚，不同種類的乳清蛋白粉都會有不同效果
- 原食譜用無味蛋白粉，但我只有雲呢拿味，焗出來好香呢
- 蛋白粉好像只能用乳清蛋白
- 如果你不介意小蘇打的味道，用一茶匙小蘇打+一茶匙蘋果醋，取代泡打粉，麵包會發酵更高
- 食譜用9X5” (23 X 13cm) 麵包盤，我下次會嘗試用更小的模具焗厚身少少的麵包

︎ ☺︎ remarks
- I added 100ml water as my mixture looked too thick, textures with different brands of protein powder could vary
- Original recipe uses unflavoured protein powder, but all I have is vanilla & I love the scent
- Apparently only whey protein works, you can experiment & let me know :)
- If you don’t mind a hint of baking soda flavor in your bread, use 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, instead of baking powder, for even more voluminous loaf
- The recipe uses 9X5 inch (23 X 13cm) loaf pan, next time I will use a smaller pan for a taller looking loaf

Baskin-Robbins Japan Pokemon Ice Cream Master Set. You can choose 6 kinds of ice cream. I selected Chocolate Mint, Strawberry Cheesecake, Popping Shower, Caramel Ribbon, Triple Soda with Pikachu and Pikachu Happy Party. Chocolate Mint is very refreshing, Strawberry Cheesecake is rich flavor and I like the texture of cheesecake, Popping Shower contains popping candy, Caramel Ribbon is rich and sweet, Triple Soda with Pikachu uses cola, soda and melon soda ice and I like the combination, Pikachu Happy Party is yogurt and apple sorbet. Btw, I used Dry Ice in this video, but they are very cold. So if you handle them, you must be careful. Don't touch bare hands.

Kimetsu no Yaiba Frozen Party Water breathing(soda flavor) and Thunder breathing(lemon flavor). This is my first time eating microwave frappe. I thought they are hot, but it still cold after microwave(500w, 70secs). It's interesting, isn't it? They are convenience store limited sweets.
