Advanced machine learning for advanced manufacturing

#SolidStateAI, from Canada, is building an enterprise platform that enables process and equipment engineers to increase manufacturing yields, optimize process parameters, and reduce equipment maintenance costs and downtime. Solid State’s hybrid quantum-classical machine learning algorithms are particularly effective at solving sparse data sets – those with limited data, or those with lots of noises and only a few relevant signals. As a result, in past pilot projects, they’ve been able to identify and predict equipment anomalies with > 99% accuracy using 20x less data than the competitors.

來自加拿大的 #SolidStateAI 打造企業平台，幫助製程和設備工程師提高產能，優化製程參數，並降低設備維護成本和停工期。Solid State 的混合量子與經典機器學習運算，對於分析分散的數據集特別有效。分散的數據集，是指資料有限、雜音繁多、和只有幾個相關訊號的數據集類型。在先前的前導計畫中，這些運算能辨識和預測設備異常，準確率超過 99%，而且使用的數據量只有競爭對手的二十分之一。
