Ingredients:
12 big prawns
2~3 garlic cloves
1 chili pepper
1.5tbsp lemon juice
7 thyme pieces
Add pepper to taste
Add salt to taste
4tbsp virgin olive oil

食材:
大蝦12尾
醃料食材:
蒜頭2~3瓣
百里香七枝
小辣椒1根
檸檬汁1.5大匙
特級初榨橄欖油4大匙
鹽適量
胡椒適量
步驟:
1.先將大蝦剪鬚、開背、去腸泥後備用。
2.將切碎的蒜頭放入一個大碗中,放入切成小圈的小辣椒,百里香。放入檸檬汁、鹽和胡椒後加入橄欖油後攪拌均勻。
3.將大蝦加入步驟2中,稍微攪拌後,冷藏醃漬半天
4.以燒熱的條紋烤盤或碳爐烤熟即可,亦可用平底鍋炒熟
