某順勢療法「醫師」又語出驚人了
本來懷孕和分娩就伴隨著風險,在現代醫學發展前,每年都不少婦女和初生兒由懷孕或分娩的併發症而死亡。
在外國,的確有在家分娩的選擇,例如紐西蘭,但都要risk stratification,低風險同合適嘅先可以係家中分娩。在香港咁細嘅房屋裡面跟本提供唔到足夠空間俾孕婦同助產士去生,無論係落藥、assisted delivery定neonatal assessment/resuscitation都難以係劏房嘅空間做。
個孕婦想epidural無痛分娩或者聞笑氣,係咪又因為「不是疾病不應該在醫院」,所以要強忍生產嘅痛?
Breech係咪又要係屋企強行生,明知剖腹產嘅outcome好過breech vaginal delivery都因為「不是疾病不應該在醫院生?」
Placenta previa 成胎盤封住成個子宮頸,係咪又唔應該去醫院生?
Placenta Accreta產後大量出血嘅風險係咪唔洗係醫院準備止血?
早產BB作動係咪唔洗醫院打強肺針+/- tocolytic再monitor?
早產BB係咪唔洗NICU monitor RDS、NEC、interventricular hemorrhage、sepsis?
Preeclampsia/eclampsia係咪唔洗monitor血壓,降血壓+/-急救+/- urgent剖腹產?
妊娠糖尿病+>4.5kg巨嬰係咪唔洗monitor+/-剖腹產?
Cholestasis of pregnancy係咪唔洗monitor +/- 強肺針+/-elective剖腹產?
先天性發育不良,Omphalocele, spinal bifida, esophageal atresia etc 係咪唔洗係醫院急救同治療?
Postdate >42禮拜,明知stillbirth risk不斷提升,係咪都唔應該係醫院引產?
Cord Prolapse呢?叫個孕婦All 4 position等白車再去醫院?
無菌咁重要嘅都可以話唔需要,chorioamnionitis + 個BB neonatal sepsis係咪你負責?
我隨便都可以舉到20個obstetric indications需要係醫院進行分娩+初生兒急救。
呢種順勢療法嘅「醫師」好鍾意乜都同「自然」掛鉤,但又唔counsel婦女們「自然」嘅風險。
唔係每個婦女或每個胎都應合家中分娩,更重要嘅係香港大部分嘅家居環境唔允許家中分娩。但「醫師」唔會話你知。
*其實呢,現代醫學醫院分娩都已經唔一定係瞓係張床,坐係個Yoga Ball、狗仔式、抱住老公、水池等等唔同姿勢都有,適合唔同孕婦。
**婦女們當然有自由選擇用咩方法生BB,但重點要先評估自己及BB嘅風險,而呢個評估就係產科醫生嘅專業,絕非某d「醫師」可以做到

🔺1.脊椎波浪瑜珈|Plank spinal waves
想像脊椎像波浪一般,這個動作從頭到你的尾骨,整條脊椎屈曲與伸展的動作,可以帶動神經系統及循環系統的健康,一條靈活的脊椎也表示其內部有力量,並具備好的延展度喔~
🔺2.下犬前彎旋轉伸展示| Downdog inch worm with rotation to forward fold.
先採四足跪姿,手掌打開撐地,與肩膀呈一垂直線。膝蓋著地,與髖部呈一垂直線。然後手掌不動,膝蓋離地,雙足踩地,試著打直雙腳,抬高臀部至身體呈現倒V型,感覺腿部後方肌肉群的延展,再進行旋轉手部碰腳
🔺3.半跪T字旋轉|Half kneeling T rotation with reach
增加脊柱的活動性,結合主動伸展功能進行的T形脊柱旋轉的自我伸展和活動性鍛煉
🔺4.俯臥游泳者| Prone swimmers
增強肩膀的運動範圍,有助於改善整體肩膀的靈活狀況
🔺5.眼鏡蛇式|cobra to child’s pose
趴在地墊上,雙腳併攏腳背著地,雙手放在胸部兩側,吸氣後手掌推地,手臂逐漸伸直,帶動上半身往上,同時收緊臀部,直到上半身整個撐起
不一定上健身房才叫運動或使改善身體
適時地增加自己的關節與肌肉的活動性和柔韌性也是非常重要的
能避免受傷
一定要緩慢並感受與覺察身體
與身體保持覺察,專注於每個動作
