Ian Frazier ผู้กำกับฝ่ายครีเอทีฟ ได้ยืนยันกับสื่อ UploadVR ว่าตอนนี้เกม Star Wars: Squadrons ยังไม่มีแผนพัฒนาคอนเทนต์ใหม่หลังตัวเกมออกวางจำหน่ายอย่างเป็นทางการ หรือหมายความว่าเกมดังกล่าวจะไม่มีเนื้อหา DLC หรือมีอัปเดตเพิ่มคอนเทนต์ใหม่แบบฟรีนั่นเอง
