我其實一直都不想打覺得根本人體實驗,
但就在禮拜三晚上陪蜜菈睡覺後走出房門
阿法興奮的說我安排好了!
我們禮拜六可以去打疫苗了!
在德國目前也是要排隊很久。
既然都安排好了
我也就好吧~🤣
禮拜六晚上八點多去打完
隔天早上阿法發燒,嚴重頭痛無力
我則是還好覺得想睡昏沉(當時以為單純是睡不夠)
然後我就照顧蜜菈讓阿法好好休息睡覺
中午過後覺得不對勁還是很想睡很昏沉
也慢慢出現頭痛症狀(一走路晃動頭裡面像是腦袋撞到頭殼邊緣極致地痛,會忍不住呻吟)
全身無力,手臂痠痛,
我們兩個整天躺在沙發覺得好冷好冷🤣蓋著毛毯
可憐的蜜菈就給她偶爾看電視
跟她說我們生病了不能動不能陪玩
我們都超想睡覺!
阿法還給我睡了整天完全不擔心蜜菈
媽媽就放不下😠哈哈
然後她就去拿乳液
玩她最愛的擦乳液遊戲幫我擦腳擦身體(圖三🤣🤣看我蓋著毛毯)
這樣持續了兩天,
到了禮拜二終於感覺正常許多了!
得到個結論
有孩子的夫妻千萬別一起打
不然那個病的比較輕的還是得照顧孩子!真痛苦

As a coach and also an athlete running this event, my comment to most of the participants who going to run again 5,000m in the future:
1. Do not Run too Fast in the very beginning of the race! (You will what happened next in the Part 2)
2. Run at a more steady pace (roughly 80 - 85% effort) which you know you can hold the pace for long period of time
3. Train at the right pacing, so that you will not tend to shoot off too fast in the very beginning
4. Don’t do unnecessary surge and trying to overtake runners and slow down and once they overtake you and you do it again, you are not going to last long unless you are really strong and fast which you can recover in time and continue to do the same, you are wasting energy
5. Do your best not to DNF, unless you are injured / not feeling well (dizzy, headache, dehydration), Finish the race even though you are going slow!
6. Run at lane 2 if you see the Fast Runner are coming especially in such a big field race (44 runners)
*This event is not a race that you can clock a good time as the organiser decided to flag off all in one wave
*Suggestion to Organiser
1. It might take some effort (but build a database for those runner who clock below 18:30 or 17:00 minutes. Set a benchmark, and group those who are under Sub 18:30 or Sub 17 in the same wave, and leave the others in another wave if you want to see a good performance for this event.
2. Should not combine women and men together and release in the same wave.
