【即将告别的东陵福 Tanglin Halt 】

因花生碎蛋糕卷，我走入了东陵福 #TanglinHalt 社区，这个地方一走进来感觉很不一样，店铺/美食中心、菜市场的建筑物都不超过2层楼，这样建筑物在新加坡属于少见，现在多数邻里社区都是高楼组屋或购物中心。

东陵福是新加坡的旧社区，这个地方的数栋楼将会在选择性整体重建计划(Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme，简称SERS)之下被拆除了，换句话说在这一代的不少居民即将要把搬迁了，虽然有的居民还是会选择在同一个地方住下来，但也有部分居民或店铺搬迁去别的地方或者业者决定结业了。这是新加坡在发展社区会发生的事情。再怎么不舍都无法逃开“发展”。

我第一次来就很喜欢这个社区，可能整个环境很静幽幽，没有购物中心的拥挤，有的店铺画面就有走入马来西亚乡镇画面，对在这个地方生活的朋友肯定有不舍，我也很不舍它的即将告别。

与其大家在2021年最后一分钟才走入东陵福，不如现在有空就去走走看看。

【难以抗拒花生碎奶油蛋糕卷】
我对花生碎奶油蛋糕卷都很爱，甚至想过生日的时候给自己买一个花生碎奶油蛋糕，但是往往想到一个人吃完的话，后果不堪设想，我还是买一片花生碎奶油蛋糕卷吃就好。

那天早上看到了友人分享在新加坡东陵福 #tanglinhalt 有一间老面包屋 Hock Ann Confectionery每天有推出限量的奶油花生蛋糕卷，任性坐一个小时的地铁去买花生碎奶油蛋糕卷。

Hock Ann Confectionery 福安的 Pandan Cake 和花生碎蛋糕早已经给顾客预订🈵️啦。但是满足一些散客，每天中午1点左右会推出一点点花生碎蛋糕卷，每5片放一盒售卖，或者要买单片也可以（只是这样好吃买一片哪里够吃！） 😝所以，我有机会买到花生碎奶油蛋糕卷。

我啊一口气买了2盒花生碎奶油蛋糕卷，一打开闻到花生香，妈妈看照片误以为是烧肉！是的，因为花生碎奶油蛋糕卷的花生碎密密麻麻啊，我吃下第一口就好爱，这种味道就是朝思暮想的古早味啊！

只是东陵福的建筑物将会在年底拆除，福安会转型成为网络蛋糕店啦！想要去走一趟古早味觅食就快快去。

There is a town in Singapore that is literally disappearing. I went down before it's gone. The estate is called Tanglin Halt - it's a mature estate near central Singapore full of local, nostalgic sights and great food. For a foreigner like me, it's really interesting to see a neighborhood like Tanglin Halt. It has a local, retro vibe foreigners don't really get to see. Join Riduwan and I, as we wander around this beautiful neighborhood.
