VHC baked crab shells (cua nhồi thịt và phô mai)

Yield 10 stuffed crab shells
——
Ingredients for filling:
• 8 oz imitation crab or real crab meat (sliced or shredded)
• 1/2 lb ground pork
• 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
• 1/4 cup sliced green onion
• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
• 1 1/2 tsp Tony Chachere’s creaole seasoning
•1/2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 oz soften cream cheese
• 1/2 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese

Extra Ingredients:
• 10 small-medium cleaned blue crab shells
• Extra parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top

Other/Tools:
• Baking sheet
• Aluminum foil
• Spoon

Steps:
1. Mix all ingredients listed under filling in a mixing bowl. Mix well so that all ingredients are combined.
2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
3. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
4. Fill each blue crab shell with the filling. Don’t fill it over the top of the shell.
5. Place the shells on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
6. Take the baking sheet out and sprinkle the extra cheese on top. Return it back to the oven for
another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
7. Optional: add sliced green onions or chopped cilantro on top.
8. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

I want to deliver delicious Japanese-food recipes to the world
【材料】
●鶏むね肉:1枚(約300g)
(鶏むね肉の下味:塩コショウ、お酒)
●もやし:1/2袋(約100g)
(他の具材を入れない場合は全部入れちゃって大丈夫)
●ココナッツミルク:1缶(400g)
●水:200ml
●しめじ:1/2袋(約100g)
●茄子:2~3本
●にんにく:1片(小さいサイズの場合は2片)
●カレー粉:大さじ2
●コンソメキューブ:2個(ビーフコンソメおすすめです♪)
●醤油:大さじ1
●オリーブオイル
●塩適量
●ブラックペッパー
●最後にお好みでガラムマサラ
※鶏むね肉は常温に戻してから、茹でる時間は約3分、中火から弱火の間くらいで茹でて下さい。
※もやしと鶏むね肉だけでも十分美味しいんですけど
きのこ系は是非入れて欲しいです。
後は皆さんのお好みの具材でOK♪

前回大好評だった『やみつき低糖質スープ』第二弾です。
もやしと鶏むね肉とココナッツミルクを使った
『鶏むね肉のココナッツカレースープ』作りました。
とても低糖質とは思えない味の深みと濃厚さが本当に美味しくて
ご飯やパンがめちゃくちゃ欲しくなる味付けになってます。
今回は前回と鶏むね肉の食感が違います!
柔らかさの中に程良い弾力があってそれがまた濃厚なカレースープと合って
とっても美味しいんです。
もやしはシャキシャキ♪茄子は柔らか♪鶏むね肉は程良い弾力♪
異なる食感がこれまたたまらなくやみつきになります。
糖質制限をされている方にはもちろんですが
ご飯やパンにも合うのでがっつり食べたい方にも勿論おすすめですよ♪
ただ煮るだけでとっても簡単ですが
お店に負けない最高なスープになっていると思います。
是非作ってみて下さい。
[Ingredients]
● Chicken meat: 1 piece (about 300g)
(Seasoning for chicken meat: salt and pepper, sake)
● 1/2 bag bean sprouts (about 100g)
(If you don't want to add any other ingredients, you can add them all.)
● Coconut milk: 1 can (400g)
● Water: 200ml
● Shimeji mushrooms: 1/2 bag (about 100g)
● Eggplant: 2~3 sticks
● Garlic: 1 clove (2 cloves for small size garlic)
● Curry powder: 2 tablespoons
● Consomme cubes : 2 (beef consomme is recommended)
● Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
● Olive oil
● Salt to taste
● Black pepper
● Garam masala to taste.
※ Boil the chicken breasts for about 3 minutes over medium to low heat.
※ The chicken meat should be boiled for about 3 minutes.
You can also add mushrooms.
The rest can be made with whatever ingredients you like♪

This is the second episode of the "Addictive Low Carb Soup" that was
so popular last time.
This time I used bean sprouts, chicken breast meat, and coconut milk.
I made "Coconut Curry Soup with Chicken Breast Meat".
It's really delicious, with a depth and richness of flavor that you
wouldn't expect from a low-carb soup.
The flavor makes you want to eat rice and bread.
The texture of the chicken meat this time is different from last time!
The chicken meat was tender with just the right amount of elasticity
to match the rich curry soup which is very delicious.
And the bean sprouts are crunchy, the eggplant is soft, and the
chicken meat has a good elasticity.
Those different textures make it very addictive.
This is a great dish for people who are trying to limit their sugar intake.
It is also good with rice and bread, so it is recommended for those
who want to eat a hearty meal.
It is very easy to make, just boil it. It's very simple to make, but I
think it's the best soup you can find at home.
