#2020美國大選有戲看
【2020 美國大選的通訊投票之亂】

今年 COVID-19 疫情嚴重，美國各州政府辦理大選事務、選民防備出外傳染風險的投票方式預估會大幅採取通訊投票選項。截至 2020年10月底，已有許多選票寄出、抵達各州選務處，而當日現場投票與開票作業，則會在大選日 11/3 週二發生。

然而疫情蔓延、經濟與種族議題延燒等內政問題帶來不安、不滿，加上選舉年期間的對立，讓已經實行多年的通訊投票蒙上公正性被質疑的陰影。

美國總統川普今年曾在 twitter 表示，通訊投票不可能毫無不公，一定會有造假舞弊的狀況。類似的質疑也被部分民眾與不同黨派人士批評，民選總統帶頭質疑國家民主制度、咬定制度對其不利，是否不妥？有沒有具體證據顯示多年來通訊投票不可信賴？也有關於擔憂「外國勢力」比較容易干預通訊投票的說法出現。
