今回は最近欧州車に多い、アルミ系のパーツの白ウロコをやっつけてみました。材質はおおまかに２種類に分かれます。アルマイト系はこの動画で、ニッケル、クローム系は”ウロコになったメッキモールとピラーをアルコールで磨いたらびっくり(◎_◎;)！LEXUS LS４６０編 ”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SehX80yZRfIをご参考ください。
薬品ではなかなか処理できない、いやらしい～白シミは、Holts(ホルツ)の定番コンパウンドであっという間にピカピカにできました。
このコンパウンドは、非常に息の長い商品で、どこでも手に入るわかりやすいコンパウンド３点セットです。
黄色が５０ミクロンの粗削り
オレンジが２ミクロンの中細
赤が１ミクロンの細めと、初めての方にもわかりやすい３点セットです。
１種類のコンパウンドでトライすると、必要以上に磨いてしまったり、逆に磨けないケースがありますが、３種類入っているので、状況に合わせて使い分けができ、とても施工しやすいです。
内容量もちょうどよく、無駄になりませんね。
白ウロコはなかなか手ごわいので、メッキの状態をよく確認していただき、見えない箇所でテストして番数をきめていただくとよいかもしれませんね。
