今天跟著 #鐵人工廠 的同學和教練一起到大武崙沙灘練習轉換，這種練習對於老手無足輕重，但對於像我這種新到閃亮亮的新手來說，卻是非常重要的！
Today, I went to Dawulun Beach with the students and coaches of Waypoint 鐵人工廠 to practice the conversion of each event in the Triathlon race. This kind of practice is very important for a completely inexperienced novice like me!
在轉換區要準備哪些東西？穿鞋襪、補給，我甚至還忘了帶號碼布...
車子要過線之後才能上車，卻要在線之前就下車~我還傻傻衝過線...🤪
What should be prepared in the transition zone? I even forgot to bring the number bib today...
The bike has to cross the line before you can start riding, but you have to get off the bike before you reach the line... I accidentally crossed the line today.
下週就要比賽了，希望天兵的魚魚魚不要犯太大的錯誤，平安完賽！
The competition will start next week. I hope the silly Trifish will not make too many mistakes and finish the game safely!🙏🙏🙏
