谈恋爱的时候，黏人好，还是不黏人好呢？

很多人都会这样跟我说，
在恋爱中遇到另一半的时候有时是个很苦恼的。

有的人希望自己的另一半很黏人，
有的会希望对方独立一点，
给自己一点空间。

那么，恋爱中的两个人要怎么相处是最好的呢？

我认为啊…
女人嘛该懂的抓个平衡点。
把握好时机，却要懂得分寸，知道怎么收放自如。

男人也应该明白，每个女人心中都住着一个长不大的小女孩，会无助，会缺乏安全感。那为什么有些女人看起来一点都不粘人？因为她隐藏得好，不代表她不喜欢被呵护，疼惜。

双方也该了解，
即便恋爱了，也要给彼此一点空间和自由呼吸的机会，粘住不放，会让爱情窒息。

and it went on for quite a while.

Is it a RIGHT to do so?�or is it WRONG?

Well, I think…
its not about the blame game.�But all about conflicting perceptions, interpretations and values.

The gist of it is not the location
of the dinner date,
but whether it was communicated to you in the first place.

Often, we go through an entire conversation,
or even an entire relationship
without ever realising that each of us
is paying attention to different things
- That our views are based on different information.

That is when you feel misunderstood,
and conflict happens,
because what matters to you,
may not be what mattered to the other person.

So, have that difficult conversation,
and make less assumptions about their intentions.

Before defending yourself,
or trying to right a wrong,
Try to hear them out.

Before saying ‘I UNDERSTAND’
Try saying ‘HELP ME UNDERSTAND’

Remember,
It is never wrong to LISTEN first.

Rain, rain, go away? 🌧

It has been raining everyday lately.
Sometimes, it’s lovely to sleep in and just do nothing.
But there are days when I feel meh on a dreary day.
And my mood drops with the rain. 💧

Well a quick research online
and I found that bad weather
can indeed have a negative effect on our emotions.

Another random study also found
that rain even increased the number
of negative posts published on Facebook.�(I laughed when I saw this 😂)

Well,
I can’t control the weather. 🤷🏻‍♀️
But I sure can control what I do.�Keep the lights on,
burn a candle,
and get moving.��Dance, clean, or eat some jelly beans.

Rainy days don’t have to be blue.
Watch the rain,
enjoy the sound,
and be mindful,
and be grateful. 😌
