Having ‘me-time’ is essential in living a healthy life. Not only does it allow me to rest, relax and enjoy activities which I really love, taking time for myself also allows me to find new sources of inspiration on a creative and motivational level to stay focused on the goals I set in life.

Regardless of my activities, I'm accompanied with my trusty lipstick that adds extra 'oomph' to rest and relaxation. My lipstick of choice? The Lipfinity Lip Colour from @maxfactor, of course. Long-lasting and beautiful, what more can i ask for!
