Pandemic has brought up a lot of things I need to heal through, and this is one of them: the idea of the "perpetual achievement". Sound familiar?

We glooorify it. What you did today is good, yeah - but what about what you'll do TOMORROW? You'd better be going higher, stronger, faster - never stop, don't you dare. Post the next ig picture. Generate tomorrow's tiktok content. Hope for likes. Touched the sky? Blow a hole through the atmosphere and torpedo straight on to the next burning star. The you from yesterday? We don't know her. We're better. Upgraded. V 2.0.

I've been living my life like this for years now, but the past 2 years have forced us all to BE slowed down and re-evaluate.

Don't get me wrong. Ambition & achievement are wonderful. (There are certainly many more things I want to achieve, and much coming up that I'm going to be sharing with you guys. Never stop dreaming.) But dreaming becomes a problem when it turns living into a nightmare, because you can't stop trying to put distance between yourself and yourself. Stop being the shadow you are continually trying to win. It's EXHAUSTING. Aren't you exhausted? I am.

So maybe the truth is this: that we were put on this earth to do ONE good thing with our lives. ONE properly good thing.
And maybe that's winning a great Waterloo style battle, or achieving a certain dream. Maybe it's finishing one great performance. One great thesis. A beautiful painting. An espresso magnum opus.

And then - we let that be enough. And we rest on our laurels. "Greatness" does not have to be continually proven. Likes are transient, clout & remembrance fade. Do what you do because you love it, and it is good, and it fulfils you. If when your day comes to an end you can say "I did this one thing to the best of my ability and it was good" - that is enough, hero. Be at peace. The bards will sing of that one deed. The song will be equally wonderful without infinite stanzas.

So rest on your laurels, goddesses. You've earned it.

[News] Ghost of Tsushima มีผู้เล่นโหมด Legends แล้วกว่า 2 ล้านตา และเตรียมเปิด Raid แรกให้เล่น ในวันที่ 30 ต.ค. นี้

Sucker Punch Productions ได้เปิดเผยว่า หลังจากที่ Ghost of Tsushima อัปเดตเพิ่ม Legends โหมด Multiplayer แบบ Co-op เข้ามาในเกม ก็มีผู้เล่นโหมดนี้ ผ่านทางการจับคู่ออนไลน์ในสุดสัปดาห์แรกแล้วมากกว่า 2 ล้านตา ซึ่งทีมงานได้ออกมาขอบคุณแฟนๆ ที่ให้การสนับสนุนในครั้งนี้

พร้อมกันนี้ทีมงานยังได้เปิดเผยเนื้อหาคอนเทนต์เพิ่มเติมที่กำลังจะมาถึงให้กับ Legends ด้วย
.
โดยจะมี Weekly Challenges สำหรับทั้ง Story Mission (2 คน) และ Survival Mission (4 คน) ให้ทำในตอน 4 ทุ่มของทุกวันศุกร์ ซึ่งเป็นภารกิจความยากระดับ Nightmare และทีมที่ได้คะแนนสูงที่สุดจะได้ขึ้นแท่นใน Leaderboards ประจำสัปดาห์

นอกจากนี้ยังมีโหมด Raid ที่กำลังจะเริ่มเปิดให้เล่นในวันที่ 30 ต.ค. นี้ ซึ่งจะแบ่งออกเป็น 3 Chapter และต้องการทีมผู้เล่นจำนวน 4 คน ที่จะต้องทำงานร่วมกันและสื่อสารกันให้ดีที่สุดเพื่อให้ผ่านไปได้ ซึ่ง Raid ตัวแรกสุดจะใช้ชื่อว่า The Tale of Iyo

ซึ่ง The Tale of Iyo จะไม่สนับสนุนระบบ Matchmaking หรือ ระบบสุ่มจับคู่เล่นออนไลน์กับคนแปลกหน้า นั่นทำให้คุณจะต้องจัดทีมของตัวเองที่มี Ki Levels ระดับ 100 เป็นขั้นต่ำสุด ก่อนที่จะเข้าไปเล่นใน Raid นี้ โดยทาง Sucker Punch แนะนำว่า ให้เล่น Story Mission จบครบหมด รวมถึงเล่น Story Mission กับ Survival Mission ที่ความยากระดับสูง เพื่อให้ได้ Gear Level สูงๆ ก่อนที่จะเข้าเล่น Raid จะดีกว่า

[News News Ghost of Tsushima has over 2 million eyes of Legends mode player and prepare to open the first Raid to play on 30 October. th. This is it.

Sucker Punch Productions has revealed that after Ghost of Tsushima update added Legends Co-op Multiplayer mode in the game. This mode has been played through online match in the first weekend for more than 2 million eyes that the team has come out. Thank you fans for your support this time
.
Together, the team have also revealed more upcoming content for Legends.
.
Weekly Challenge for both Story Mission (2 people) and Survival Mission (4 people) will be done at 4 pm on every Friday. Nightmare difficulty mission and the most scored team will be done at 4 pm. Getting on the podium in Leaderboards weekly.

There is also Raid mode that is going to start playing on 30 October. th. This is divided into 3 Chapter and requires 4 players to work together and communicate their best to get through. The first Raid is named The Tale of Iyo.

The Tale of Iyo doesn't support Matchmaking or randomly pairing online with strangers. That's why you have to set your own team with Ki Levels 100 to the lowest minimum before playing in this Raid. Sucker punch suggests that you'll have to set your team up with Ki Levels 100 Full of Story Mission and Survival Mission to Survival Mission at high level of difficulty to get high level of Gear Level before Raid is better.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.

Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.
