FOLLOW UP to the rumors about a new AC game set in ancient Egypt.
As many of you may remember, some days ago a 4chan board user posted a rumour about a new AC game to be released next year (2017) set in Ancient Egypt. Later Kotaku confirmed the existence of the rumors coming from this alleged Ubisoft developer who wrote anonymously on the 4chan board.
Today a new 4chan user, claiming to be a real AC developer from Montreal, wrote that the previous rumour was a fake and that a new game will be available for players this year with a new setting in Ancient Rome:
"We already have an Assassin's Creed game 40% ready in development that's due to 2016 release. Exact release date has not been decided. We still have a lot to do. This AC game will be set in Rome, Antioch and many other explorable locations, where we play in the footsteps of Marcus Junius Brutus. The game is set between 68BC and 49BC. Events include the fall of Seleucid Empire, the assassination of Aretas III, Lutatius Catulus, Battle of Pistoria and so many more.
The game will have on foot and naval combat. Horses and boats are back as well. And naval battle is much more enhanced this time. We also have a lot of unique features in this game. This is our most ambitious project ever, and I can promise that you've never seen ANYTHING like this. This is a totally different game. The entire assassin and templar ideology was different and they were just in their early phases of development. This is also the most dark and gritty game we've developed in years."

SEGUITO sui rumor relativi al nuovo gioco di AC, ambientato nell'antico Egitto.
Come molti di voi ricorderanno, qualche giorno fa, un utente di 4chan ha postato un rumor su un nuovo gioco di AC che sarebbe stato rilasciato il prossimo anno (2017), ambientato in Egitto. Successivamente Kotaku ha confermato l'esistenza dei rumor provenienti da questo presunto sviluppatore di Ubisoft che ha scritto in forma anonima su 4chan.
Oggi un nuovo utente 4chan, affermando di essere un vero e proprio sviluppatore di AC da Montreal, ha scritto che il rumor precedente era falso e che un nuovo gioco sarà disponibile per i giocatori quest'anno con una nuova ambientazione, l’Antica Roma:
"Abbiamo già un gioco di Assassin’s Creed pronto al 40% in fase di sviluppo, che sarà rilasciato nel 2016 rilascio. La data di uscita esatta non è stata ancora decisa. Abbiamo ancora molto da fare. Questo gioco di AC sarà ambientato a Roma, Antiochia e molti altri luoghi esplorabili , dove seguiremo le orme di Marco Giunio Bruto. Il gioco è ambientato tra il 68 a.C ed il 49 a.C. Gli eventi includono la caduta dell'impero seleucide, l'assassinio di Areta III, Lutazio Catulo, la Battaglia di Pistoia e tanti altri.
Il gioco avrà combattimento a terra e navale. Anche i cavalli e le barche torneranno. E la battaglia navale è molto migliorata questa volta. Abbiamo anche diverse feature speciali in questo gioco. Questo è il nostro progetto più ambizioso di sempre, e posso promettere che non avete mai visto nulla di simile. Questo è un gioco completamente diverso.
