已經很久沒有做純Display Ad + SEM的廣告Campaign。
我也不知道何來的勇氣，建議了一個Creative一點也不花巧的Campaign，然後還提議客戶，把多一點的預算，作媒體投放之用。
直白一點說，我們賺錢的空間，部分直接轉嫁了給合作的Media Agency。同時，我們提案的，是很多Creative Agency都不屑一顧的Banner Ad和Google AdWords。
雖然不是Creative取勝，可是，我們的廣告策略，卻是拳拳到肉，於是，在提案時，十分順利。
Campaign踏入第三個星期，目前為止，已經看到很多有趣的Insights，因為廣告可以直接追蹤到埋單成效，看到客戶的生意有明顯上升趨勢，實在令人鼓舞。
面對疫情，大部分客戶都要面對嚴峻的挑戰，作為客戶的合作夥伴，我們更要設身處地，想盡辦法幫助對方解決面對的商業難題。
此外，作為Creative Agency，有一家可以開心見誠，同舟共濟的Media Agency亦很重要。
我做過一家公司，公司Credential有一張Chart，表達的意思大概就是，一個Award Winning的創意，如何可以讓客戶的媒體使費大幅減少云云。所以，公司的目標，就是要客戶買單我們的大創意作品，從而把更多的預算，從合作的Media Agency拿過來。
上述道理，本來沒有絕對的錯或對，可是，當抱住這種自私心態做事，合作便將注定失敗，三輸的結果，是意料之內，在這個人人顧住搶資源的時勢，大家將會輸得更慘烈。
