Atunci când psihicul întâlnește trauma, în funcție de complexitatea ei, psihicul nu se mai dezvoltă, nu mai crește. Pentru că psihicul este setat pe supraviețuire, iar atunci nu mai este loc și timp pentru dezvoltat.

Este ca și cum ai locui pe străzi, deci principalul scop este să supraviețuiești, să te hrănești, să găsești un loc de dormit. Nu te preocupă să te dezvolți, să înveți fizică de exemplu, asta e ultima ta grijă, pentru că lași asta pentru momentul în care principalul obiectiv nu va mai fi să cauți mâncare.

Atunci mama sau tata te bat, există doar două variante: ori părintele e rău ( iar asta foarte rar se întâmplă ca un copil să gîndească, pentru că părintele este aproape zeu) ori copilul e rău. Și atunci când ești rău, nu ești demn de iubit. Deci nu contezi. Deci toată viața vei acționa împotriva ta, fără să știi măcar de ce.

Trauma este atunci când este prea dureros să fii tu însuți.

Când doare atât de tare încât singura varianta este să te rupi de tine, ca să nu mai simți durerea.

Și uneori tot nu e de ajuns , durerea tot acolo este, așa oamenii recurg la droguri, internet, jocuri, alcool, sex, sport, mâncare/înfometare, cumpărături, ca să să nu mai simtă durerea orginală. Și astfel apar dependențele.

Ca să faci față traumei, trebuie să te deconectezi de tine, ca să nu mai simți durerea.

Trauma apare în urma unui eveniment care ne-a depășit resursele de a face față acelui eveniment. Trauma apare atunci când nu ne putem apăra în fața unei situații care ne face rău.

O să iau un exemplu foarte clar, să fie mai ușor de înțeles. Să zicem că o persoană este atacată pe stradă, de zece indivizi. Persoana în cauza este în imposibilitatea de a riposta și nu are de ales, decât să spere că va scăpa cu viață. Nu se se poate apăra, nu poate fugi, nu poate face nimic. Asta este trauma: o vulnerabilitate fără scăpare.

Filmul realizat de Gabor Mate se poate urmări de astăzi și până pe 1 august, pe baza unei înregistrări. Veți vedea acolo realitatea, că trauma nu ține cont de câți bani ai, nu ține cont de ce naționalitate ai, nu ține cont de gen.

200 g cream cheese
3 egg yolks
Vanilla extract
3 egg whites
60g Erythritol or 45g granulated sugar
160-165℃ 50min baked in hot water

Microwave the cream cheese to soften it and add egg yolks and vanilla.

Add sweetener to the egg whites to make a soft meringue
➢3) 3:34
Add 1) to the meringue and mix it, then pour that into the cake mold.
If the bottom of the cake mold is removable, make sure to cover it with aluminum foil.

Put the cake mold on a bat and pour the boiling water there, then bake at 160-165℃ for 50 minutes.

Cool to room temperature and then cool that in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
