Using only the best quality herbs and spices imported from Chengdu as well as cooking method/ preparation used in mainland China (Master Chef is flown in from Chengdu to train the local team), the consistency is therefore maintained. Walk in the restaurant and you will feel instantly transported to China... from the interior decor to the eating utensils to how the servers dressed; everything seems to remind you that you are signing up for an authentic Chinese meal. Like a true hotpot restaurant, the menu comprises of many options- from different cuts of meats to various types of seafood, innards, meatballs or noodles. Maple & Market has relaunched at Marine Parade Central, serving up the delicious cakes that they are renowned for, as well as adding waffles and ice cream from ice cream shop Bing Qi Lin Singapore to their menu.

Besides serving their best-sellers Gula Melaka Sponge Cake with Kaya Cream Cheese Frosting, and delicate Rose Cake with Raspberry Frosting, they also have new cakes such as Taro Velvet, Red Velvet Speculoos and Victorian Sponge.

Waffles are topped with either Bananas and Walnuts tossed in Caramel, or scoops of Bing Qi Lin's homemade ice cream. There are 10 flavours of ice cream at the store and they are rotated frequently - their best-sellers include Dutch Chocolate, Sea Salt Toffee, Oreo Cheesecake, Baileys® Original Irish Cream and Milk & Honey.
