In our family, the two of us are the ones who love trying out new pastries, cakes, kueh and snacks so I was really glad to have some mother-and-daughter time with her as we tasted these Taiwanese snacks from PChomeSEA.
We tried the Pineapple Cake, Low-sugar nougat in Cranberry and Matcha flavours,
Milk Biscuits and Egg Yolk Pastry. These are healthier snack choices because they are starch free, gluten free and can be part of a keto diet. We like that they have a unique taste, are not overly sweet and are suitable for everyone in the family. Her favourite is the tasty Egg Yolk Pastry while I like the fruity cranberry Nougats.

A: I x galakkan buat CRASH DIET, TREND DIET, DIET CALORIE TERLAMPAU RENDAH atau DIET IKUT ORANG.
Sebab Crash diet x sustainable, boleh buat badan & minda stress. Trend diet pulak banyak merepek & tak ambil kira nutrisi yg setiap individu perlukan. Ye lah kita semua ber beza keperluan nutrisi kan.
Diet calorie terlampau rendah (500kcal/800kcal/under 1200kcal) terlampau extreme and too low for your body to function at optimum. Ye betul nak KURUS/lose weight kene calorie deficit, tapi kene ambil kira side effects seperti brain fog, lesu terlampau, hormone imbalance, period x datang, and probability kornag akan malnourish akan tinggi.
Diet ikut orang pulak x semestinya sesuai dgn kita. Sebab badan masing2 berbeza, keperluan, lifestyle & banyak benda berbeza.
So apa nak kene buat?
1st skali, Kalau Ada duit lebih, pergi la buat health screening & check up. Ni penting sebab as we age, badan kita mungkin memerlukan nutrisi yang berbeza compare tu masa kita muda2. Lagi2 Kalau kita tahu family history when it comes to chronic illness tu memang ada. Kene lagi peka.
Nik & Nana xde la diet strict gila as what some of u assume, unless we are prepping to be on stage. Some days kitaornag ada jugak makan makanan merepek. Ice cream, pizza, pastries, biscuits... Tapi not everyday lah.
The 🔑 is to prioritise healthy eating habits, ada good relationship when it comes to food (x punish diri or rasa bersalah bila makan mknan x sihat) & amalkan healthy lifestyle.
Simple je ok. It’s all about having that healthy balance. Baru lah kornag boleh sustain progress atau maintain 🥰

Brought the kids to (work) have a taste of these delectable menu once again curated by @littlemissbento! Oh boy, why when I want go on diet, I have such yummy food to tempt me! Love the spread (swipe to see 👉🏻) especially their freshly prepared snack boxes (Seafood and Sweet potatoe fries 🤤🤤) , the beef stew and tonkatsu cold udon we ordered was sooooo good! ❤️❤️
Must say so for their cute daoo bu Neng cute beverages and desserts! We ordered the waffles with ice cream and Magicial Matcha Terrarium (edible) garden 🪴 and it’s really sinful but yummy! Love their side biscuits they put in 😍
I tried to eat a bit here and there or else, while my boys just finished almost everything on the table 🤣

【ダイエットティラミス】
今日は、『ダイエットティラミス』を作りました。クリームチーズの代わりに水切りヨーグルトを使ったヘルシースイーツです。
ヨーグルトをしっかり水切りすると、ねっとりクリーミーになり、クリームチーズとほぼ同じ口当たりになります。
そして水切りヨーグルトに練乳を混ぜ込むことで、よりクリームチーズ感が出るんです。ヨーグルトなので後味はスッキリでカロリーもダウン!
前日にヨーグルトの水切りをするのだけ頑張ってもらえれば、あとの作業は楽々なので、ぜひダイエット中の方にお試しいただきたいです。もっとカロリーダウンしたい場合は、お砂糖をラカントなどの甘味料に変更してくださいね!
〈材料〉
ヨーグルト 400g
練乳 大さじ3
砂糖 大さじ2
インスタントコーヒー 小さじ2
お湯 大さじ2
ビスケット 9枚

【Diet Tiramisu】
Today, I made "Diet Tiramisu". Healthy sweets using drained yogurt instead of cream cheese.
If the yogurt is drained well, it will be moist and creamy, with almost the same texture as cream cheese.
And by mixing the condensed milk with the drained yogurt, a cream cheese feeling comes out more. So aftertaste is refreshing and the calories are down too!
If you do your best just to drain the yogurt the day before, the rest of the work is easy, so I would like to try it on the diet.
〈INGREDIENT〉
Yogurt 400g
3 tbsp condensed milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp Instant coffee
2 tbsp hot water
9 biscuits
Cocoa powder
