Strong is the new sexy and shredded by science !
We are so proud of our student and buddy Cherie. She just got her very first powerlifting gold medal in a bench press competition which is held by the HK Powerlifting Federation.
Under our guidance, Cherie started to lift heavier weights without any fear of getting bulky. Her strong dedication to our program means she keeps getting leaner and stronger day by day.
Our program is mainly based on these core things:
* barbell and free weight movements
* no so-called "functional training", i.e. squats on the bosu ball...
* no excessive cardio but planned conditioning work for active recovery
* no daily chicken breast and broccoli but a flexible diet that suits her lifestyle.
Cherie's success story says it all: Ladies, lifting heavy won't make you bulky. On the contrary, you will get leaner and stronger.
