食蛇龜是台灣唯一的陸棲龜，因為可惡的走私的關係目前數量稀少，是保育類動物。

被稱為食蛇龜的這些龜龜其實是不吃蛇的，要說跟蛇最像的食物可能就是肥蚯蚓了。他們吃蚯蚓，蝸牛，腐葉等等～

食蛇龜是箱龜，他們在把頭跟手腳縮進殼裡後，腹甲可以向上跟背甲合在一起。回房間會關門的意思～

這張裡面的龜龜也是一隻箱龜，他的名字叫Rosie。
