During the MCO 1.0, I moved my HUMARAP fundraiser from helping unwed pregnant moms, to vulnerable families in dire need of provisions, especially milk and rice. I collaborated with Kitafund and we managed to raise over RM50k that was disperse by my volunteers in Sabah on a weekly basis.
Celepets also did a similar fundraiser and we worked with Kindness Malaysia. Alhamdulillah, we managed to hit our target, have dispersed it and yet, I am still getting requests for milk and provisions.
Even with stringent filtering (I try and not repeat the same family, so I can help another family first) the requests have been coming in more and fast.
