Camomile and Calendula
💁🏻♂️大概4年前開始研究西方草藥，有2種花 - 洋金菊和金盞花常常被人混淆
🌿白色的就是洋金菊
德國洋甘菊口感較苦，但其抗發炎的效果較好，因含有較多化合物「母菊薁」（Chamazulene），該成份具抗發炎作用；也醫療價值的洋甘菊之一。
我也常將德國洋甘菊入藥，如 #雙菊連翹茶，更有效去肝火清清毒，兒童慎用劑量。
🌿橙色的就是金盞花
歐洲傳統都以金盞花治療各式各樣的皮膚病，範圍廣至潰瘍至濕疹。
至於入藥，金盞花萃取出的有效成分，主要含有胡蘿蔔素等成分，可以有效保護視力，也因為含豐富礦物元素，令女士生理不適；至於，兒童只適合使用金盞花外用。
早於3年前，我已開始使用金盞花萃取用在濕疹病人上。
