有鑒於這次由駐港尼泊爾領事館監督的籌款，尼泊爾政府已授權尼泊爾非居民協會（“NRNA”）處理我們提供的醫療援助物資，以確保物資送抵之後，不會被徵收關稅。

在此之前，不少慈善團體（尤其是宗教團體）送到尼泊爾的物資，都遇到不少困難，當中一項就是關稅。沒有官方的認證，尼泊爾政府會假定所有進口貨品，都有機會被人轉售牟利，所以一定會徵收關稅。

為確保大家捐助的物資，會完完整整送到受助人的手上，必須要有官方保證，才可以順利過關。

我們很高興地宣布，由 Mr. Yem Gurung 和何猷彪先生捐贈的第一批 450 40 L 氧氣瓶將於下週通過 Kodari Tatopani 海關運往加德滿都。陸運貨物預計從製造工廠到尼泊爾邊境需要5-6天。此批貨運亦包括依據尼泊爾政府旳要求而 製造的氧氣瓶規格，同時亦包括詳細說明書 解釋閥門轉換方法。

上述貨物將交給 NRNA 接收和盡快安排分配，資料會保存在 NRNA 的資產管理系統內。

何猷彪和 Mr. Y Gurung 在尼泊爾駐港領事館的協助下執行此次試運。如果一切順利，日後「香港退伍軍人聯會」和他們的合作團隊將會安排其他物資遵循第一批貨物開闢的路徑運送。

該項目保證會處理妥當，不會發生濫用職權或貪污賄賂。NRNA主席 Mr. Kumar Panta Ji 已親自回覆保證妥善處理和分發物資，並誠意感謝何猷彪先生、「香港香港退伍軍人聯會」、Mr. Y Gurung、香港尼泊爾駐港領事館和香港市民的鼎力支援。

We are pleased to announce the 1st shipment of 450 40 L Oxygen Cylinders, sponsored by Mr Yem Gurung and Mr Sean Hotung will travel via Tatopani Customs (Kodari) to Kathmandu next week. The land cargo estimated time will be 5-6 days from the factory to the Nepal border. The specification of Oxygen Cylinders and valve conversion method to match requirements in Nepal are part of the shipment.


The handover of the above mentioned consignment will be made to the NRNA for receiving and arranging the swift and efficient distribution of these cylinders and kept under the Asset Management System of NRNA.

Mr Hotung and Mr Y Gurung, with the help of the HK Nepali Consulate, are executing this trial run. If all proceeds accordingly, HKESA, together with their partners will follow the trail opened by the first shipment.

It is noted it has been made abundantly clear that there is to be no mishandling, no misuse and no corruption associated with this project. In reply, President Kumar Panta Ji of the NRNA, has given his personal assurance of the proper handling and distribution in conjunction with extending his deep thanks to Mr Ho, the HKESA, Mr Y. Gurung, the Nepali Consulate of Hong Kong, and the people of Hong Kong.

CARGO PANTS – CHIẾC QUẦN BỀN BỈ.

Đúng như vậy, chiếc quần túi hộp với xuất phát từ quân đội đã luôn là 1 key item trong bất kỳ một thể chế/hệ thống quân sự của mọi quốc gia. Trong thế giới thời trang thì cargo pants luôn là 1 thế lực vô hình, nó luôn xuất hiện ở bất cứ đâu – không quan trọng là thời trang cao cấp, thời trang đại chúng, thời trang nhanh, từ người già đến người trẻ, từ phụ nam đến phụ nữ, từ người không cần biết gì về thời trang cao sang đến những kẻ mộ điệu thời trang. Chắc chắn – cargo pants luôn hiện diện trong đời sống của con người theo một cách nào đó.

Đó là bởi vì tính đa dụng và bền bỉ của cargo pants.

Cargo Pants – cái tên đã nói lên công dụng của chiếc quần. Pants là quần /hẳn rồi/, cargo có nghĩa là hàng hóa, lô hàng, đơn hàng – chuyên chở. Bạn nào học về Logistic hay đang làm ở mảng Logistic/Shipment thì hẳn không lạ gì cái từ Cargo này đúng không. Cargo Pants hay chúng ta hay gọi là quần túi hộp được đặt tên dựa trên công dụng/function khiến nó khác biệt với các quần khác – Cargo Pants/ chiếc quần được dùng để dễ dàng đựng hàng hóa, nhiều hơn so với 2 side – pockets thông thường.
Cargo pants xuất xứ từ xứ sở sương Mù – nước Anh. Vào những năm 1938, các quân nhân của Anh Quốc có bộ đồng phục chiến tranh (Dùng trong thời chiến) trong đó có quần cargo pants. Không giống như bây giờ, cargo pants ban đầu chỉ có một túi đùi bên và một túi ở hông trước (Bây giờ, thông dụng hơn là 2 túi ngay hông, 2 túi ngang đùi hoặc dưới gối) – nhằm đựng bản đồ và các đồ lặt vặt tiện cho việc hành quân nơi chiến trường. Các anh Mỹ sau này thấy cái quần hay hay, tiện tiện thế nên là mượn tạm vài cái quần về lấy form và ra phiên bản cargo pants của lính Mỹ với mục đích chính là phần túi để đựng thêm đạn, bandage.

Ở nước Anh lúc đầu còn xài vải len, thô – cứng và bền . Sau này cargo pants thông thường được làm bằng khaki. Vì phục vụ cho quân đội nên bắt buộc những nhà sản xuất phải chọn các chất liệu chịu đựng được mức độ hoạt động khủng khiếp và thời tiết khắc nghiệt – nơi mà các quân nhân cống hiến hàng ngày. Điều này cũng tạo nên 1 vẻ đẹp mà cá nhân mình thấy thích ở cargo pants. Đó là càng beat càng đẹp, càng cũ càng đẹp – chứ cargo pants với mình mà mới quá thì lại không đẹp bằng những chiếc quần sử dụng cũ (Cái này tùy quan điểm mỗi người).

Túi của quần cargo pants là những patch pocket nằm ở bên hông của mỗi ống quần, thông thường ở dưới đùi – ngang đầu gối. Bây giờ có thể xài zip nhưng thông thường là bằng nút/cúc bấm hoặc có nắp vải che lại. Các phần túi của cargo pants được xếp nếp để dễ dàng mở rộng và chưa các đồ có kích thước lớn (Như bi đông, hộp đạn).

Sau khi chiến tranh kết thúc, các cựu quân nhân trở về buôn làng – quê hương của họ và mang theo những chiếc quần cargo pants. Tất nhiên với tính tình kỷ luật và thực dụng được đào tạo trong môi trường quân sự, cargo pants thành một phần không thể thiếu với các cựu quân nhân. Họ có thể nhét bình nước, sổ sách, thuốc lá, ví một cách dễ dàng. Không như quần tây, thì người ta sợ nhét ví quá dày ở túi sau sẽ làm ngồi cộm hoặc trông xấu đi thì cargo pants phần túi hộp càng đầy, càng “vuông” thì lại càng đẹp. Thanh niên thấy thế các chú/ các bác mặc cargo pants trông nam tính, trông ngầu thế là cũng mon men mua lại. Rồi nó trở thành 1 biểu tượng của sự mạnh mẽ (Như các quân nhân vậy), thoát ra khỏi sự sản xuất của quân đội – có nhiều thương hiệu sản xuất cargo pants dựa trên chính xác những gì đã được thiết kế. Họ tinh chỉnh lại một số thứ như vải mềm hơn, không quá thô/ ráp, nhẹ hơn để phù hợp với mục đích sử dụng hàng ngày của giới thanh niên.

Và thế là, cargo pants trở thành một phần của nền văn hóa thời trang đại chúng trước khi giới thời trang cao cấp nghía mắt tới. Dựa trên cảm hứng đó mà không ít những thương hiệu làm cargo pants – nhẹ nhàng thì collection nào inspired từ những người lính thì làm, còn không với những fashion brands lấy hẳn ý tưởng từ quân đội thì cargo pants là 1 key item trong collection của họ. Ngày nay, cargo pants lại hiện hữu rất nhiều trong công trường/workwear vì tính bền bỉ và đa dụng của nó. Nếu nói về cargo pants thì hãy nói về tính năng của chiếc quần trước khi nói về tính thời trang.

Các fashion designer thực chất cũng không thay đổi xương sống của cargo pants vì phải thế mới là cargo pants (quần túi hộp) vì chỉ cần lệch đi 1 chút là họ dễ dàng biến cargo pants thành 1 loại gọi là multi-pocket pant (Quần nhiều túi). Để thêm tính thời trang thì họ áp dụng chất liệu cao cấp hơn, xử lí kĩ thuật vải tốt hơn, add thêm detail, màu sắc mới hơn (Thông thường màu của cargo pants là màu xanh olive, đen và tan – nhưng màu thường thấy của quân đội) và ý tưởng lên những chiếc túi (Descotruction/Patchwork/Imperfection) để tạo ra một cargo pants “fashionable” hơn rất nhiều.

Ngày xưa, cargo pants thì thông thường là dành cho Nam. Nhưng chiếc quần này rất “dễ thương, dễ chịu” nên tính ra ai mặc cũng được – người già, trẻ em, nam – nữ – thiếu niên đều chơi được tuốt và hầu hết đều trông clean và vẫn đảm bảo được độ cool. Với form thẳng đứng, chất liệu thường cứng đủ để dựng form nên người gầy mặc cũng được mà người béo mặc cũng oke vì cargo pants sẽ giúp bạn định hình được phần thân dưới của mình. Không giống như jogger hay skinny jeans còn phụ thuộc vào dáng chân thon, cổ chân như nào – đi giày gì thì cargo pants dễ dàng chấp nhận với mọi loại giày/sneaker/boots. Bạn chỉ cần 1 chiếc tee basic, cổ tròn viền dày – đóng thùng hoặc bỏ ra, 1 chiếc thắt lưng dây rút hoặc bấm lỗ màu đơn giản và quần cargo pants + sneaker/boots thì đã có 1 fits clean rồi đó.

CARGO PANTS Ở VIETNAM

Thực ra không phải 2 năm trở lại gần đây – cargo pants mới được giới trẻ ưa chuộng. Nó còn được thích lâu đời hơn rất nhiều. Tiêu biểu là thế hệ cha, chú, các bác trước của chúng ta – những người đã yêu cargo pants từ lâu rồi. Nếu nhà bạn nào có bố, chú mà trưởng thành sau cuộc chiến tranh thì hẳn trong tủ đồ phụ huynh cũng có 1 chiếc quần cargo pants. Màu yêu thích lại là màu rằn ri/camo hoặc màu olive quân đội. Thế hệ trước đã mê thì bảo sao thế hệ này không mê cho được vì sự bền bỉ của nó. Sau này, các bố, các chú còn thích mặc một thể loại khác là cargo short. Đúng – mấy cái quần khaki short túi hộp màu nâu nâu mà mấy chú hay mặc í, đấy là 1 dạng cargo pants đó các bạn ạ. Cho nên các bạn kêu cargo pants bây giờ mới trở lại thì không. Nó vốn dĩ rất được yêu thịch bởi đại chúng từ rất lâu rồi – không kén chọn, dễ mặc, dễ phối đồ.

Ở Việt Nam có 1 đợt cargo pants hơi “Lệch lạc” một chút. Đó là thời dark-wear?! Hay tech-wear trở thành xu hướng ngắn ngủi, nhiều bạn trẻ nghĩ cứ mặc nhiều túi là ngầu và không biết ai bày mà gọi mấy cái quần lai giữa skinny/jogger là cargo pants?. Sử dụng chất liệu vải dù dễ rách thì mình nghĩ không đúng lắm vì vốn dì quần cargo khá là bền.

Hiện tại nhiều thương hiệu Việt Nam cũng làm cargo pants. Kiểu truyền thống cũng có mà kiểu hiện đại hay phá cách thời trang cũng có. Mình yêu thích nền tảng truyền thống nên có mặc của 0912 – là mình mua và mặc rồi chứ chả quảng cáo đâu, mình thấy ổn dù lúc giặt vải sẽ rút đi 1 tí. Cái hay nữa là khi mình mặc nhiều và giặt nhiều thì vải sẽ ngả màu và bạc đi – trông đẹp hơn nên mình thích. Bạn nào theo dõi mình thì có thể thấy mấy hình đó nhé.

ANA繼續試行利用一般客艙作貨運之用，今次是利用放置紙箱包裝的醫療用品貨物，是ANA首次安排，整體的載貨量是原來只利用貨艙的1.4倍呢。

【旅客機の客席を貨物スペースとして活用】
～医療関連物資の輸送を開始しました！～

本日、ANAでは日本の航空会社として初めて、旅客機の客席への貨物の搭載を開始しました✈️

客室を貨物スペースとして活用することで、従来の床下の貨物室のみに搭載する場合と比較して、最大で約 1.4 倍の重量の貨物の輸送が可能になります。
また、これに先駆けて4月10日から客席上部の手荷物収納スペースを活用したマスクなどの輸送も同路線において実施しています。
今後も引き続き、上海発羽田行きの路線で客室を貨物スペースとして活用した輸送を継続し、需要動向を踏まえながら対象路線を拡大していく予定です。

このほか、緊急輸送品など国際貨物の輸送需要に柔軟に対応するため、保有する貨物専用機による臨時便やチャーター便の設定も拡大しています🙂

今後も国際貨物の輸送力確保に向け、新たな取り組みに挑戦するとともに柔軟に臨時便やチャーター便の設定も行い、医療関連物資などの緊急輸送のニーズに応えてまいります。

In time, Tommy marries Sarah and begins a family with her, all the while working up in the ranks by impressing Salieri.

In 1933, Don Salieri becomes increasingly concerned when Don Marcu Morello begins putting pressure on him, ambushing their operations with bribed police officers and gaining the support of a corrupt prosecutor whose son has been killed by the Salieri family. Tommy finds himself forced to counter these attempts to prevent the organisation being financially weakened. When Salieri assigns him to eliminate an informant at a brothel, he is advised by Sam to spare them instead, allows them to escape in exchange for their silence, covering up his actions. When Frank disappears along with the organisation's account books, Tommy is instructed to locate both, and quickly learns that Morello planned to use the FBI to take down his rival. Convincing Frank to reveal where the books are, Tommy allows him to leave the country with his family, and covers up his actions once again.

In 1935, with prohibition ended and both Mafia families moving out into new rackets, Don Morello attempts to assassinate Salieri, whilst he and Tommy are dining at a restaurant. In retaliation, Salieri declares war and begins weakening Morello's position, damaging his rackets and reducing his influence on law enforcement. Eventually, Tommy works alongside Sam and Paulie to take down Morello, killing him by shooting down a plane he attempts to use to flee the city. By 1938, the Salieri family control the city's rackets, neutralizing anyone who attempts to stop them. Tommy, Sam and Paulie find themselves tasked with recovering a shipment of impounded cigars that had been smuggled into the city, informed that they hide a consignment of diamonds in them. Although the group manage to successfully recover the cargo, Tommy is shocked to discover that Salieri lied, and that the cigars concealed a consignment of drugs.

Disillusioned by the revelation, Tommy convinces Paulie to go ahead with a bank robbery that Sam had advised against. Although the pair manage to complete the job, Tommy finds Paulie murdered in his apartment the following day. When he goes for a meeting with Sam to discuss this, Tommy finds that his efforts to conceal his actions were uncovered by Salieri, and that Sam was ordered to execute him and Paulie for this and the bank job. Left with no choice, Tommy survives the attempt on his life and kills Sam upon learning that Frank and his family were murdered by Salieri's people. With his former allies against him, Tommy goes into hiding and contacts Detective Norman for help, providing his story of his actions. In exchange for testifying against the Salieri family, Tommy requests his help in protecting his family, which Norman agrees to out of respect for being a family man himself.

In 1951, Tommy and his family live under witness protection in Empire Bay, after Don Salieri and his organisation are arrested and tried for their crimes. A few days after his eldest daughter is married, in which he highlights how family is the most important value to a man, Tommy is visited by Vito Scaletta and Joe Barbaro, who murder him on behalf of Salieri, leaving him to die in his front yard. As his family surrounds him in shock, Tommy tells them all that they are now safe, before succumbing to his wounds.
