HOW TO MAKE :
Many recipes for pork caramel, in my recipe i prefer to use quail eggs, you can also make with chicken egg or without eggs (Có rất nhiều công thức nấu món thịt kho tàu, với cách nấu của mình, mình thích dùng trứng cút, bạn cũng có thể nấu với trứng gà )
- Cut pork belly in big square pieces (Cút thịt ba chỉ thành những miếng vuông to bản)
- Fry a bit to get off the fat about 5 mins, you let the meat rest then fry the eggs until they get hard crunchy cover (Rán vàng các mặt để cháy bớt phần mỡ, sau đó rán trứng đến khi lớp vỏ giòn và chín vàng)
- Stir fry pork with dry onion and fish sauce to get the taste, add water and caramel, then eggs, you can add some coconut milk (optional) Xào thịt với hành khô và nước mắm để ngấm gia vị, sau đó cho đường thắng vào đun cùng với trứng, bạn có thể dùng cốt dừa tuỳ khẩu vị
- Cook until the sauce get silky (Đun cho đến khi nước sốt sền sệt )
- Enjoy with bread, rice or sticky rice (Ăn kèm bánh mì, cơm hoặc xôi)
