Successfully organized my NGO’s 2nd Sports Days today, in collaboration with over 100 refugee students with the grace of my beautiful mother. I cannot even express how HAPPY I am knowing all these beautiful children had endless fun and laughter. I am filled with love & light.

Sometimes, it’s more important to focus on what we do have than what we don’t. Life becomes stress-free and even more beautiful when we cultivate gratitude for every little thing we have in life. Most of these kids may not have a luxurious lifestyle but the moment they live life with self-love, their life BECOMES luxurious on its own. That, is true wealth.

We concluded the event with a small holi (festival of colors) celebration to signify the beauty of being in the NOW. No yesterdays. No tomorrows. Just today. At this very moment. I am so happy and forever grateful.

Spent an amazing day at the Red Room 紅坊國際村 yesterday for 2018 Celebrating Women 慶祝女性嘉年華. Fantastic food, fantastic music, and most of all: fantastic company.

昨天在紅坊度過了充滿活動的一整天！超好吃的食物(Teotihuacán 墨西哥料理!) 和超好聽的音樂 (Last Minute Latin Band 最後一分鐘的拉丁樂隊!) ，更有超棒的人在身旁。

Ended the night with a super emotional solo performance (I may or may not have cried while performing "Hallelujah") to some amazing people, and then some colors and lots of laughs for Holi.

以一場超級情緒化的solo表演 (唱到一半看到觀眾強烈反應自己也跟著哭）收場之後用一些顏料跟許多笑聲小慶祝了一下印度色彩節。
