Salon香檳係我最喜歡嘅香檳之一，有一種幸福係可以同Salon香檳主席Didier Depond一齊試新出嘅Salon 2006! 😍🥂非常好陽光嘅2006年，令此香檳充滿果香、花香、烤烘、牛油麵包、礦物、西柚、桃等，活潑而複雜，有別於2002、2004年比較收斂，這年份現在已飲得又擺得！Delamotte Blanc de Blancs 2007年亦非常清新，襯上Gaddi’s絶妙嘅配搭菜式，簡直來回天堂又折返人間！#不要去羨慕 😛🍾🥂！
Salon is one of my favorite champagnes! Happiness is when u can try the newly launched Salon 2006 with Didier Depond, the President of Salon! 😍🥂 With a sunny 2006, the champagne is full of fruity aromas, with floral, toasty, brioche, mineral, grapefruit and apricot notes. It’s lovely and complex, and quite different from 2002 & 2004, which are more closed. Delamotte Blanc de Blancs 2007 is very clear & fresh! Gaddi’s food pairing is superb! I’m in heaven! #dontjealousme ! 😛🥂🍾
