- an apple mangoes in mayang fine
- Brazilian spinach spinach
- 8 pieces of cilipadi
- 2 BIG CHILI
- 4 Review of red onion
- belacan as big as a mother
- Scar Coconut Rm1
- Coconut Milk Rm1
- fist shrimp (I mixed with yellow and orange)
- Aji salt sugar
How to:
Punch Cilipadi, big chili, belacan, seulas red onion and grated coconut, Gaul all the ingredients with mangoes, Brazilian Spinach (Brazilian spinach if you want to slice it for small also can) shrimp fist, red onion and coconut milk... taste it with salt Aji sugar... no need to put asam because we have mangoes, Brazilian spinach doesn't need to be deep we make raw to taste the crispy.... easy not 😄... hopefully it will be useful for all 😘😘😘

Ingredients
2 pieces of red onion

เส้นเฟ็ตตุชชิเน 200 กรัม / น้ำมันมะกอก 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ / ปลาป่น 20 กรัม /
น้ำตาลปี๊บ 30 กรัม / ผักสด สำหรับเสิร์ฟ / หมูแดดเดียว สำหรับเสิร์ฟ
-น้ำพริกตาแดง-
หอมแดง 6 หัว / กระเทียมจีน 10 กลีบ / พริกแห้งเล็ก 10 เม็ด /
พริกแห้งใหญ่ 10 เม็ด / กะปิ 10 กรัม / น้ำมะขามเปียก 30 กรัม /
น้ำปลา 20 กรัม / น้ำสะอาด 30 กรัม
1. เตรียมน้ำพริกตาแดง ซอยหอมแดง กระเทียม และพริกแห้งทั้งหมด นำไปคั่วให้หอมและขึ้นรอยกระทะเล็กน้อย

Nam Prik Ta-Daeng Fettuccini
Fiery and intense Nam Prik Ta-Daeng is one of the spiciest chilli paste Thai cuisine has to offer. We used it vitalize an al dente fettuccini and serve with vegetables and sun-dried pork.
Fettuccini 200 g / Olive Oil 1 tbsp / Ground Dried Fish 20 g /
Palm Sugar 30 g / Vegetables for serving /Sun-dried Pork for serving
-Nam Prik Ta-Daeng-
Shallot 6 bulbs / Garlic 10 cloves / Dried Chilli 10 /
Big Dried Chilli 10 / Shrimp Paste 10 g / Tamarind Paste 30 g /
Fish Sauce 20 g / Water 30 g
1. For chilli paste: slice shallot, garlic and chillies, toss in the pan until fragrant and seared.
2. Combine spices with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Fry chilli paste with oil and season with palm sugar and ground dried fish. Reserve half for garnish.
3. Cook pasta 1-2 shy of al dente, about 6 minutes. Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately with the remaining chilli paste, vegetables and sun-dried pork.

However, what you get out there at the stalls is usually the original mee siam which is spicy vermicelli served with tangy gravy. I don't know who is the ingenious one who thought of making fried mee siam instead. Whoever is the person is brilliant! This is absolutely yummy!
