Oh the Durian Tart and Durian Pizza here are so well done! The chef (cum boss) got his recipe perfectly refined for such a difficult ingredient in cooking. Yup, durian is so rich it is difficult to get the right balance. He got it! I was pleasantly surprised by the food, considering I thought I was just visiting a durian orchard. Hahaha.
