Being back at Bugis Junction was a little déjà vu, as it was the exact same spot that @elitesgfittest was held last year. This time however, I started the year with @rockthenakedtruthsg and I am so touched by all the support, love and help I've been given.

One very special person I wanna thank is of course my better half @iamdarrenho. Last minute work meant he couldn't be here at the launch today but he rushed down immediately after.
He has been encouraging me every day and reminding me of how special I am and how proud he is of me. I remember being nervous when RTNT first kicked off and he was there to calm me.

No guy should be telling you that you're ugly or not good enough. Such guys don't deserve you. They should love you for how you are and not how you look.

Wow. This year has been a whirlwind of emotions and events, both on the personal and professional sides of things.
You probably saw me through it all - seeking fit and active individuals on Yahoo #Fitspo, putting @elitesgfittest together, getting into CrossFit to compete and then got certified, finally creating @rockthenakedtruthsg to help people find their confidence in themselves. Not forgetting meeting @iamdarrenho and finding my soulmate in the least expected of places - someone who understands me and completes me.

Joy, laughter, pain, tears, sacrifices, bliss - a year truly of ups and downs. There are things I've said that shouldn't be said, people I've hurt whom don't deserve to be hurt, but that's why we learn and we become better people. At the same time, I hope I've managed to positively impact your lives in some way.
Thank you all for being here supporting me through the distance and never giving up on me. May 2016 be a beautiful year for you!

Just entering my downtime for the year and as usual I look back on 2015 in self-reflection.. What a ride it has been!
Starting the Yahoo #Fitspo column, running the inaugural multi-round @elitesgfittest competition, doing epic travels around the world, launching body image campaign @rockthenakedtruthsg and finding the love of my life @iamdarrenho... 2016 has lots of things coming up and I'm bursting with excitement! But for now, have a Merry X'mas and a Happy New Year!
