My Newest Project: Panas Meal
Many of you who followed me might be familiar with a quote I strongly follow:
Keep the FIRE Burning 🔥
The meaning behind it?
Passion through Challenging times❤️🔥
This BELIEF has help me through a lot in my life - through many personal struggle, break ups, gym moments, conflict, self doubt, self sabotaging, communication issue…etc
Every time I go through a challenge, I’d repeat this quote like a mantra to fire myself up
Because to me: it signifies the inner Strength I know I have, the FIRE within that ALL of us have to keep burning no matter what the External world throws
Burn through the Challenges, Baby 🔥

And so in 2020, when Covid hit the World
I experienced a close friend’s Mother, who almost lost her battle with Covid 🦠
Because of her Health, she had already suffered from Type 2 Diabetes, and when covid hit her, it was a do or die situation. I saw how much damage this did to my friend and his family
They were very lucky, because they had first aid support
But in reality, there were many others who didn’t have this luck
And to be Honest with you, I felt extremely powerless at that time - and it sparked something in me. I knew I had to do something different, but I have no idea what I was gonna do until I got my hands dirty, and I did
And that’s how Panas Meal is born 🔥
@PanasMeal was born, as cliche as it sounds, out of Passion
The mission to SUPPORT people’s Love for Food in Malaysia in a Unique way
Why Food?
Because Malaysia 🇲🇾 is filled with “Happy Food”
Food that we all enjoy, but at the cost of our health
I want @PanasMeal to be a place where you can enjoy FOOD without the expense of losing your health, in-fact, better it
I know I’ve shared so many things in this single post, but truly, I am just a man who strive to do better each and everyday, and I hope you can give my newest venture @panasmeal a follow
Your support means the world to me, and what we’re about to do. And with my mighty biceps, I will bless you, that you won’t be disappointed on the food that I’m about to introduce🔥
@PanasMeal Launching in 3 Days

What does traveling mean to you?
•
To me traveling does not only mean to go abroad and stay away from regular mundane for certain period of time. In my dictionary, traveling has larger meaning. If I go for everyday work and discover something fascinating on my way, even that discovery serves the purpose of traveling to me.

Took this picture while I was supposed to go somewhere for a work. On my way found this beautiful place with empty benches, fallen leaves and fairy lights. I took a pause. I occupied one of those empty benches. Gave my mind a break by enjoying the solitude of the colourful trees. Thank god I have had my coffee with me to make this chilly moment more perfect. At that moment it certainly felt like travelling to a better place from all the worries! ♥️

I am a person who equally derives joy from random ordinary moments. One thing I realized in my life is when we get too busy chasing extraordinary moments, we risk missing out the ordinary ones. 🙂

This is love.
It turns out that becoming a sister to a brother with autism is the best thing that ever happened to me.
To love a brother with Autism is to love a person who at times you do not understand and, in your worst moments, would desperately like to change. There are meltdowns, repetitive behaviours, the body movements like hand flapping, spinning that give comfort to people with Autism, and a frequent failure to observe the social niceties like saying "please" and "thank you" that make you feel like an utter failure.
The truth is that my brother is a miracle. Because of him I have found levels of compassion and patience that I never knew I had. I have had to learn to surrender all that is unnecessary or burdensome, including my social life, friends and other necessities. If it is not absolutely necessary to sustain life or love, then I probably do not need it.
I have let go of all expectations. I take nothing for granted, nor do I assume the worst. I am learning to take each moment as it comes, to ride out the storms that seek to blow me off course, and to hang on to the moments with family and friends that are the meaning of life.
And this may be the greatest blessing of them all, to be able to live in the moment. We all say this, but until we experience the upheaval of a life-altering crisis, we do not fully appreciate how precious simplicity can be. Nor do we see how many times these small treasures are gifted to us because we are unable to hold on to them through the hustle and chaos of a life lived in the fast lane.
It takes strength to see beyond the images of how life is "supposed" to look. It takes courage to see the beauty in the everyday. It takes compassion to love the imperfect.
And I would not give back this wisdom or this life of mine for anything.
And kakak owe it all, surprisingly, improbably — to my panda brother, Megat Mukhreez. #autismawarenessmonth #autism #april
