With stars fixed on the panoramic horizons, Chef's Table ticks all the right boxes. Come in with high expectations and it's likely to meet to your satisfaction. Technically the dishes are on point and should be considering the price tag, flavours are rich and sophisticated as expected. Don't expect any avant garde twists or playful interactive dining, this is classic French with a modernity that should not offend any purist and flavour combinations that could be distinct enough to distinguish from others. Potential for bigger and bolder personality is definitely waiting in there, and something I think in the future could really blow the top off this golden domed roof. The apparent wealth may be in abundance and clearly so is the talent of Chefs. Go if you got the dough.
