朝から豪華なオープンサンドをぜひ作ってみてくださいね。
オープンお花サンド3選
各2人分
材料：
◾️ヨーグルトチーズクリーム
クリームチーズ（室温に戻す）100g
水切りヨーグルト 大さじ2
◾️ホイップチーズクリーム
クリームチーズ（室温に戻す）70g
ホイップクリーム 70ml
◾️生ハムアボカド
食パン（6枚切り）1枚
生ハム 5枚
アボカド（扇型にスライス）1/2個
塩 少々
粗びき黒コショウ 少々
エキストラバージンオリーブオイル 適量
◾️トマトバジル
食パン（6枚切り）1枚
トマト（中サイズ）3個
バジルの葉 6枚
塩 少々
粗びき黒コショウ 少々
エキストラバージンオリーブオイル 適量
◾️キウイブルーベリー
食パン（6枚切り）1枚
キウイ（輪切り）1個
ブルーベリー 3粒
作り方：
1.ヨーグルトチーズクリームをつくる。
ボウルに材料を入れ、しっかりと混ぜ合わせる。
2.ホイップチーズクリームをつくる。
ボウルに材料を入れ、しっかりと混ぜ合わせる。
3.生ハムアボカドをつくる。
生ハムを半分に折り、端から巻いて花の形をつくる。
4.食パンに、ヨーグルトチーズクリームを半量塗り、アボカドを並べ、(3)の生ハムをのせ、塩、粗びき黒コショウをふり、エキストラバージンオリーブオイルをかけて食パンの端を斜めに切り落とす。
5.トマトバジルをつくる。
トマトの皮を長めにスライスし、端から巻いて花の形をつくる。
6.食パンに、ヨーグルトチーズクリームの残りの半量を塗り、バジルを並べ、(5)のトマトをのせ、塩、粗びき黒コショウをふり、エキストラバージンオリーブオイルをかけて食パンの端を斜めに切り落とす。
7.キウイブルーベリーをつくる。
食パンに、ホイップチーズクリームの残りの半量を塗り、キウイを中央を空けて花びらのように並べ、中央にブルーベリーをのせ、食パンの端を斜めに切り落とす。
8.お皿にのせて完成！

Servings: 2 each
INGREDIENTS
◆Yogurt cream cheese
100g cream cheese (at room temperature)
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
◆Whipped cheese cream
70g cream cheese (at room temperature)
70ml whipped cream
◆Prosciutto with avocado
1 slice white bread (6 slices pack)
5 slices prosciutto
1/2 avocado (sliced)
Some salt n black pepper
Some extra virgin olive oil
◆Tomato basil
1 slice white bread (6 slices pack)
3 tomatoes
6 basil leaves
Some salt n black pepper
Some extra virgin olive oil
◆Kiwi & blueberries
1 slice white bread (6 slices pack)
1 kiwi (sliced)
3 blueberries
PREPARATION
1. For yogurt cream cheese: Mix cream cheese and greek yogurt well in a bowl.
2. For whipped cream cheese: Mix cream cheese and whipped cream well in a bowl.
3. For prosciutto with avocado open face sandwich: Cut prosciutto slices into halves. Roll them to form flower shapes.
4. Spread half of yogurt cream cheese over a bread. Place avocado slices and prosciutto flower (3). Season with salt and black pepper. Pour some olive oil. Cut off the edge of bread diagonally.
5. For tomato basil open face sandwich: Peel tomatoes. Roll them to form flower shapes.
6. Spread the rest of yogurt cream cheese over the bread. Put some basil leaves and tomato flowers (3). Season with salt and black pepper. Pour some olive oil. Cut off the edge of bread diagonally.
7. For kiwi & blueberry open sandwich: Spread the half of whipped cheese cream over the bread. Place kiwi slices to make a flower pattern. Put blueberries in the center. Cut off the edge of bread diagonally.
8. Enjoy!
