Founded by 3 friends who were born and raised in Chonburi, who wanted to share their childhood memories of enjoying their family’s recipes with fellow foodies. Expect fresh seafood at a very affordable price and don’t miss the dish such as Steamed Chinese Silver Pomfret, a special type of deep sea fish popular around the region due to its soft texture and naturally sweet meat, Stir fried Rice Noodle with Shrimp and Water Mimosa, and Crab Meat Rolls. Verified by 2 Swedes on the tasting day! The best Swedish Meatballs in town. IKEA eat your heart out! But seriously, these guys have come a long way since they opened in September 2019. Menu has done a few flips and turns until they've truly found their @whiteshuffle_bkk rhythm. Food is now truly excellent, thanks to Chef Yannick and owner Chef Nick, who have shuffled flavours and presentation around to give a whole new meaning to All Day European Brunch, the restaurant design is gorgeous and the atmosphere is bright and comfortable. The prices are friendly too, and ideal for sharing! Go check it out for yourselves foodies, I'm pretty positive you'll come out all smiles. 😊

Located in Ratchada area, this unassuming Izakaya in Bangkok was co-founded by Blogger turns Restaurateur, Noppadol “Do” Phokachaipatana with a concept of making good food affordable and available for everyone. “We wanted to have an easy-going concept, where people can come back to eat here again and again, not just being a passing fad,” said Do. Tsubaki, meaning Camellia Flower in Japanese became part of the name at the restaurant because of its relation to Spring, the season of abundance and joy which encourages gathering and good times, just like what Yama no Tsubaki aimed to do.
