Nui is the Vietnamese word for macaroni, xao means to stir-fry and Bo means beef. So it's basically stir-fried macaroni with beef. Nui was introduced to VN by the French as the word Nui is derived from a French word nouille. If you buy a Nui package in Vietnam, it tastes slightly different than the Italian pasta you can buy in the West as they do add some sort of rice flour in making the pasta dough. Anyway, this recipe works for whatever kind of macaroni you can get.

材料:
水牛芝士 70g,麵粉,雞蛋,麵包糠,蜜糖 4 tbsp,夏威夷果仁 2 tbsp,番茜
做法:
1. 將水牛芝士壓平,按次序沾上麵粉,蛋液,麵包糠,蛋液,麵包糠,油炸至金黃色
2. 將蜜糖,夏威夷果仁拌勻
3. 淋在芝士上,加上番茜

▪ INGREDIENTS:
70g Mozzarella Cheese, Flour, Egg, Bread Crumbs
4 Tbsp Honey, 2 Tbsp Macadamia, Italian Parsley
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Roll out a lump of mozzarella cheese (70g) with a rolling pin.
2. Coat the cheese dough in the order of flour - egg - bread crumbs - egg - bread crumbs.
3. Deep fry it until browned.
4. Mix 4 Tbsp honey and 2 Tbsp macadamia to make sauce.
5. Add honey macadamia sauce on top of fried cheese. Garnish with Italian parsley.
