RESIPI AGAR-AGAR SANTAN / AGAR-AGAR LUMUT
BAHAN-BAHAN:
1 paket agar-agar tali (20gm atau 25gm)
5 cawan air
1 1/4 cawan gula pasir
Secubit garam
1 cawan santan
1 cawan pati pandan ( lihat cara perah pati pandan di bawah)
Sedikit pewarna hijau
1 biji telur
CARA MEMASAK:
1. Kisar 7-8 helai daun pandan dengan 1 cawan air. Tapis dan ambil 1 cawan pati sahaja. Ketepikan.
2. Ambil loyang bersesuaian dan sejukkan dalam peti beku selama 10 minit.
3. Satukan santan, garam dan telur dalam bekas. Kocak / pukul perlahan ( jangan kisar guna blender). Ketepikan.
4. Dalam bekas berasingan, masak agar-agar, air pandan dan air hingga larut. Kemudian masukkan gula dan sedikit pewarna hijau.
5. Bila mendidih, masukkan bancuhan santan tadi. Kacau hingga betul-betul mendidih ( seakan hampir meruwap). Padamkan api.
6. Tuang adunan agar-agar ke dalam loyang dan sejukkan di bawah kipas.
7. Bila bahagian atas agar-agar agak beku, masukkan dalam peti sejuk di bahagian bawah. Biar agar-agar mengeras sepenuhnya.
8. Siap dan sedia untuk dinikmati.

RECIPE SO that coconut milk / so that it will be lumut
INGREDIENTS:
1 packages of strap (20 gm or 25 gm)
5 cups of water
1 1/4 cups of sand sugar
A pinch of salt
1 cups of coconut milk
1 cups of pandan essence (see how to squeeze the pandan essence below)
Some green dye
1 eggs
HOW TO COOK:
1. Grind 7-8 pieces of pandan leaves with 1 cups of water. Filter and take 1 cups of essence only. Put aside.
2. Pick up the right brass and cool down in the fridge for 10 minutes.
3. Unite coconut milk, salt and egg in the container. Hilarious / slow hit (don't grind using blender). Put aside.
4. In a separate container, cook jelly, pandan water and water until late. Then insert sugar and some green dye.
5. When boiling, put in the coconut milk mix just now. Stir up until it's really boiling (as if it's almost gone). Put out the fire.
6. Pour the mix so that you can get into the brass and cool down under the fan.
7. When the top is quite frozen, put it in the fridge at the bottom. Let it harden the fullest.
8. Ready and ready to enjoy.

Selamat berhujung minggu....🙋♀️. Nk share hasil mencuba resepi puding putri ayu. Ya...bukan apam tapi puding... buat awal kemudian sejukkan. Rasanya memang sedap & lembut...so kena try laa ye....😋
💚PUDING PUTRI AYU💚
Bahan A
10g serbuk agar² = 1 peket kecil
4 cawan air
Bahan B
¾ cawan gula
3 helai daun pandan
Bahan C
1 tin susu cair @ 1 kotak santan 200ml + 1 cawan air jadikan 2 cawan santan
4 sudu mkn tepung jagung + sedikit air ( bancuh )
Secubit garam
Pewarna yg disukai
CARA²NYA ~
🧡 Masak bahan² A sehingga mendidih.
🧡 Kemudian masukkan bahan² B ~ kacau rata supaya sebati & gula larut.
🧡 Kemudian masukkan bahan² C & pastikan adunan dikacau selalu sehingga mendidih & tidak berketul.
🧡 Jangan lupa buang daun pandan dulu ye....
🧡 Angkat & bahagikan kpd 2 bahagian ~ 1 biarkan putih & 1 lagi letakkan pewarna.
🧡 Basahkan acuan² kecil dulu ~ supaya senang nk keluarkan nnti.
🧡 Tuang adunan putih dulu ~ agak² laa ya jangan banyak sangat. Biar ia beku sedikit.
🧡 Kemudian tuanglah adunan bewarna tadi ke atasnya sehingga penuh acuan.
🧡 Sejukkan di dlm petisejuk ~ siap.
🧡 Makan sejuk² nyaman je....😋.

💚 PUDING PRINCESS AYU 💚
Material A
10 g of jelly powder serbuk 1 small packet
4 cups of water
Material B
¾ cup of sugar
3 pieces of pandan leaves
Material C
1 cans of liquid milk @ 1 box of coconut milk 200 ml + 1 cup of water make it 2 cup of coconut milk
4 tablespoon of corn flour + some water (mix)
A pinch of salt
The preferred dye
THE WAY ~
🧡 Cook A ingredients until boiling.
🧡 Then insert B ingredients ~ stir it up so that it's mixed and sugar dissolves.
🧡 Then insert C ingredients & make sure the mix is stirred until it boils & doesn't have a piece.
🧡 Don't forget to throw away pandan leaves first....
🧡 Lift & divide into 2 parts ~ 1 let it be white & 1 more put the dye.
🧡 Wash the small mold first ~ so that it's easy to release later.
🧡 Pour the white mix first ~ think so don't be too much. Let it frozen a little.
🧡 Then pour the coloring mix on it until it's full of mold.
🧡 Cool down in the petition ~ ready.
🧡 Eating cold and delicious.... 😋.

This dessert has been a very popular street-foods in Vietnam. You may find it strange but the combination of creamy panna cotta (or milk jelly), sweet longan, crunchy almond slices and pandan sugar syrup is something nobody can resist. And once you try it, you will want to make it again. I'm pretty sure about that ;)

INGREDIENTS
A. PANNA COTTA
300 ml (1-1/4 cup) milk at room temperature
300 ml (1-1/4 cup) whipping cream at room temperature
60 g (1/4 cup) caster sugar
21 g Gelatin powder or leaves/ sheets
15 ml (1 Tbsp) strawberry syrup or some drops of red food color and strawberry flavor
2 g (1 tsp) matcha/ green tea powder + 15 ml/ 1 Tbsp hot water
B. SUGAR SYRUP
1 litre water
5 fresh or frozen pandan leaves (optional)
90 g rock sugar (can be substituted by caster sugar)
C. OTHER INGREDIENTS
1 kg fresh longan or lychees or 1 can of 1 lb. longan or lychees (strawberries, mangos, canned peach also go well in this recipe)
15 g/ 1 Tbsp basil seeds (optional)
40 g sliced almonds
* pandan leaves, rock sugar, matcha powder, longan, lychees, basil seeds are available in many Asian groceries
