RECIPE ALERT 🚨 Vietnamese spicy lemongrass chicken {gà xào sả ớt}

VHC Spicy Lemongrass Chicken Recipe:
3 lbs chicken thighs (about 5 chicken thighs with bones)
1 stalk lemongrass - minced
3 tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp MSG
1 tbsp curry powder
3 red chili peppers - chopped
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Steps:
1. Mince the lemongrass and chop the chili peppers - combine and set aside.
2. Remove bones from chicken thighs. Cut chicken into cubes.
3. Heat pan on medium heat. Add lemongrass and chili peppers. Cook until lemongrass has a golden color.
4. Add curry powder. Mix and combine well.
5. Add chicken and stir to get the chicken evenly coated.
6. Add fish sauce and mix evenly.
7. Cover with a lid and let it cook for 15 minutes.
Note: Adjust the amount of chili peppers based on your spice level
