Basque Burnt Cheesecake is a very popular cake currently. So as the queen of matcha, of course I made the matcha version! I'm sure matchaholics will going to LOVE it!
🔸Tips: Personally suggest that do not bake the cake for too long.Bake until it's still a bit liquid but with beautiful brown colour on the top.
🔸I used coconut cream instead of normal cream, this makes the cake taste very light.
🔸The cake is very delicate, moist and creamy.
