Ingredients (serves 6):
Harissa sauce 36g
Medium sized tomatoes 3
Garlic cloves 3
Heavy Cream 110ml
Ketchup 40g
Mozarella Cheese 50g
Chicken Breast roughly 600-700g
Salt and Black Pepper
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 190degrees
2. Blend diced tomatoes, garlic, heavy cream, harissa sauce and ketchup till smooth and creamy
3. Season chicken breast with salt and black pepper.
4. In a pan, grill the chicken breast with olive oil. (Doesn’t have to be fully cooked since it will be further roasted in oven)
5. Transfer chicken to a baking casserole. Pour blended cream and scatter cheese or as much as u like
6. Bake for 15-20min until cheese turns golden brown. Serve

Here’s my Korean Barbecue Marinade Recipe:

6 Tbsp Japanese soy sauce 日本醬油
3 Tbsp brown sugar 黃糖
2 Tbsp mirin 味醂
2 Tbsp sesame oil 麻油
155 g Asian pear 雪梨
80g onions 洋蔥
1 Tbsp minced garlic 蒜蓉
1 Tsp minced ginger 薑蓉
Blend all the ingredients together and marinade the meat (Beef or Chicken) for 4 hours before cooking. If you don’t have a grill, you can use a pan or an air fryer!

鶏むね肉のトマトカレー
2人分
材料:
鶏むね肉 1枚
玉ねぎ 1個
にんにく 1片
しょうが 1片
バター 25g
薄力粉 大さじ1
カレー粉 大さじ1
トマト缶(ダイス)1/2缶
お湯 150ml
固形コンソメ 1個
塩 適量
コショウ 適量
中濃ソース 大さじ1
■下味
塩 適量
コショウ 適量
カレー粉 大さじ1
ヨーグルト 大さじ2
作り方:
1.鶏むね肉を一口大に切って塩、コショウ、カレー粉、ヨーグルトを揉み込み下味をつける。
2.しょうが、にんにく、玉ねぎをみじん切りにする。
3.フライパンにバターを入れ、弱火でしょうがとにんにくを炒め、香りが立ってきたら玉ねぎを入れ、うっすら茶色になるまでじっくり炒める。
4.(1)の鶏むね肉を入れ、表面を焼く。
5.カレー粉と薄力粉を振り入れ炒める。
6.香りが立ったらお湯を少しずつ入れ、フライパンについた薄力粉やカレー粉をこそげ取るようにしてとろみを出し、なじませる。
7.トマト缶、固形コンソメと中濃ソースを入れ10分程弱火で煮て、塩、コショウで味を整え調えたら、完成!

INGREDIENTS
1 chicken breast
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 piece ginger
25g butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 canned tomato (diced)
150ml hot water
1 Consomme cube
Some salt and pepper
1 tablespoon Japanese brown sauce
■Marinade sauce
Some salt and pepper
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 tablespoons yogurt
PREPARATION
1. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Rub all ingredients for marinade sauce on chicken.
2. Mince an onion, garlic, and ginger.
3. Heat butter in a pan, stir minced ginger and garlic over low heat. Add onion and stir until lightly browned.
4. Add marinated chicken pieces (1) into the pan and grill all sides.
5. Add curry powder and flour into the pan and stir.
6. Pour hot water little by little and mix to make it thicken.
7. Add canned tomato, a consomme cube, and Japanese brown sauce into the pan. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Salt and pepper as you like.
8. Enjoy!

Chicken Chop 180g
Ebara Teriyaki Sauce 80g
Ginger ½ tbsp
■Pancake
Water 150 ml
Plain Flour 100g
Cabbage, thin slices 70g
Carrot, shredded 35g
a pinch of salt
■Egg Noodle Layer
Cooked Egg Noodles (100g) 1 nos
Ebara Teriyaki Sauce 20g
■Assembling
Pancake
Grilled Teriyaki Chicken
Egg Noodles
Tonkatsu (tempura bits) 4 tbsp
Fried Egg 1 pcs
Japanese Mayonnaise 25 g
Ebara Teriyaki Sauce 25 g
Spring Onion 2g
Bonito Flakes 1g
【Steps to cooking】
1. Marinate chicken chop with Ebara Teriyaki Sauce and ginger (at least 30 minutes).
2. i. Mix water, plain flour, and salt to make pancake batter.ii. Add in cabbage strips and shredded carrot into pancake batter.iii. Mix well.
3. i. Oil heated pan.ii. Pan-fry pancake mixture for 5 minutes at medium heat.iii. Grill marinated chicken on another pan for 3 minutes on each side.iv. Flip pancake after 5 minutes or when the bottom of the pancake turns golden brown.
v. Place grilled teriyaki chicken onto the pancake.vi. Pour remaining teriyaki sauce onto the chicken and spread evenly.
4. i. Pan-fry cooked egg noodles for 3-4 minutes.ii. Apply Ebara teriyaki sauce on egg noodles.iii. Stir-fry gently to even out the sauce on the egg noodles.iv. Place teriyaki egg noodles onto the stack.v. Top okonomiyaki with tenkatsu (tempura bits).
5. i. Fry egg at medium heat for around 3-4 minutes.ii. Place fried egg onto the stack.iii. Squeeze Japanese mayonnaise and Ebara teriyaki sauce.iv. Top okonomiyaki with spring onion and bonito flakes.

醬汁:豉油 1/4杯,料酒 1 tbsp,蒜蓉 1 tbsp,砂糖 3 tbsp,水 3 tbsp,麻油 1 tbsp
做法:
1. 將豉油,料酒,蒜蓉,砂糖,水,麻油拌勻
2. 在鍋,用醬汁煎煮大蔥
3. 將雞胸肉切薄,敲打變軟,加入鹽,胡椒粉調味,捲入大蔥
4. 在鍋落油,塗上醬汁,煎至熟

120g Scallion, 1 Piece Chicken Breast, 1 Pinch Salt, 1 Pinch Pepper, Sesame Seed
-Marinade Sauce: 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Cooking Wine, 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 3 Tbsp Sugar, 3 Tbsp Water, 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
※ Preparation:
1. Combine all the ingredients and make marinade sauce.
2. Place sauce, scallion and cook until it absorbs all the sauce well.
3. Slice the chicken breast in half and pound it. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Place marinated scallion on chicken breast and roll.
5. Oil the grill pan and cook chicken breast. Brush off left over sauce and continue cooking.
6. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.
