They say Ashgabat has the highest density of marbles used in a city according to Guinness World Records. Well, they are certainly right, considering even the underpass is tiled with marbles floor to bottom!

Luck (12+21+3+11) 就比到你47分，Love (12+15+22+5) 就比到你54分。Money (12+15+14+5+25)? No, no, no. 72分，Knowledge? (11+14+15+23+12+5++4+7+4) 96分。Hardwork? (8+1+18+4+23++15+18+11) 98分。乜先係100分? 答案係:

如果你係 google 打 "Guinness World Record Salesman"， 你見到一個人叫做 Joe Girard。佢1963至1978年間係美國 Chevrolet dealership 賣車，15年間，佢單一個人就賣出咗13001部車，而喺1973年，單一年，就賣出咗1425部車，即係平均每工作天賣六部車， 成為咗健力士世界大全 "Seller of the most cars in a year." ， 紀錄保持至今。
佢點做到? 就係憑三隻字 "I Like You!" 佢對住每個客都講 "I Like You! ...just for coming today, I want you to have this pin (扣針), because I Like You, even if you don't buy it, I like you, but I know you will buy."
唔單止呢句，客人離開後，佢仲會每個月都會寄張 personalized 的 postcard畀個人客，每個月寄出多至一萬六千張，個個月寫唔同 topic，但最重要張張都寫句 "I Like You! Joe Girard" ， 每個月都寄，寄足15年。 咁個人客每次諗起買車嘅時候，就馬上記得佢... become TOP OF MIND.
"I Like You"，就係咁簡單，你做到嗎? 好多失敗嘅員工/老闆，就係個客一擰轉面就鬧佢點衰點衰。 要攞100分? 就係要改變你嘅 Attitude (態度)。 你覺得人好，人哋自然覺得你好。
