Testimonial from Online Trainee Jeffrey
I am not a model but truly grateful that @trainerkenneth has made one today with this set of photoshoot.
I have started training with Kenneth 9 weeks ago. I was blown away seeing how fit he is and how disciplined he is with his training, diet and goal setting. Before I met Kenneth, I have always thought I could eat whatever I want as long as I have sufficient exercise. Changing this mindset has completely changed me. I thought I was fit and he has guided me to another level of fitness with his strength program and diet plan. Looking forward to more gains in 2020!
Special thanks to Marco and the @ovrdriveathleticclub for introducing me to Crossfit and making it a habit for me to stay active. And thank you @ada.hmy for your homemade meals and support in order to get me to where I am today 🥳

How can I become an Infinite-minded coach?
To ask, ”What’s best for my trainee?”
Which exercise is best for Polo?
Which program is best for Oscar?
Which coaching style is best for Jeffrey?
”Finite-minded players with an end point in mind, they do not like surprises and fear any kind of disruption. Things they cannot predict or cannot control could upset their plans and increase their chances of losing....The infinite-minded players, in contrast, expects surprises, even revels in them, and is prepared to be transformed by them. They embrace the freedom of play and are open to any possibility that keeps them in the game.”
In 2020, I'm going to change my mindset, and I also encourage Teamkenneth members to have the Infinite-mindset to achieve their results with a lot of surprises.

#AskKenneth | L-sit
L-sit for #Bodybuilding?
Why do I put gymnastics skill into my training system?
Reasons:
1. There is NO perfect training system.
2. We always can add something “cool” into the training system in order to make it “fun”.
3. Although my goal is #weightlifting, I am training (squatting) x 5 sessions a week, I can add something “desserts” into my training system to strengthen my hip flexors and protect my knees.
4. If I only can lifting heavy shit but I cannot do something else, I don’t like this feeling. I prefer to have ability to do everything. Yes. I’m a bit greedy.
5. I just love weightlifting, bodybuilding & gymnastics. They complete my training program. .
L-sit is one of the most difficult exercises for someone who has MASSIVE legs.
It's a killer. Your face always looks 😖
L-sit is a challenging exercise, but it can strengthen your hip flexor and improve its mobility.
Remember that tight hip flexor doesn't mean it is strong.
Strong is strong.
The purpose of training is to strengthen our weakness to become stronger.
L-sit can be practiced at home. You just have to sit down on the floor and lift up your legs or hips & legs.
