防疫期間我每天下班行程就是滑手機，雖然看起來很像很頹廢，不過無意滑到了疫情升溫前剛開幕的傳統法式小餐館loulou也算是小有收穫。這陣子等到疫情緩和時，邀約生日的姐姐和小夥伴們一同享用。這次預定平日傍晚，到了現場，桌與桌之間隔的有些距離，撇除防疫安全外，在這樣的空間跟環境下，坐起來真的是意外的有些愜意呢。好的，接下來到了我的美食分享之旅，就請大家好好觀賞啦( ´▽｀)
#主廚套餐
🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑
目前疫情期間，店家低消規定每人一份套餐，所以每個人都點了一份主廚套餐。這裡的主廚套餐為全天候供應，有：餐前麵包、沙拉、前菜、湯品跟甜點，以399價格來說感覺很划算～
#法國長棍 配奶油
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕
外酥內軟的法國長棍真的是好吃死了，光嚼麵包在嘴裡，就能十足感受到它的香氣，可惜只有小小一塊啊。講個題外話，以前我總覺得如果主菜是衣服，那餐前麵包就是頭髮，主菜跟衣服一樣，可以透過其他配件來加強本體，但麵包味覺感官，就跟頭髮的視覺感官一樣直接，頭髮一看就知道是不是太油太乾，而麵包ㄧ吃就知道好不好吃。
#魚子醬小鬆餅
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑
開胃菜的組成是：底層的小鬆餅，配上中層的酸奶醬，最後用蝦夷蔥和魚子醬點綴上層，整體味道鹹中帶一點酸甜的口感，對於擔任開胃菜一角，不管是味覺跟視覺，都有畫龍點睛之感，如果能再給我一個你是484更好～
#尼斯沙拉
🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑
沙拉的配料蠻豐富的，有水煮蛋、油漬鮪魚、四季豆、生菜。整體來說味道方面除了清爽外，沒有驚艷感記憶點也不高，但作為加強飽足感的食物還是很襯頭的。
#法式經典洋蔥湯
🌕🌕🌖🌑🌑
雖然是洋蔥湯，但洋蔥的香氣和甜味明顯不夠啊！整體來說，一開始會覺得配焗起司一起喝還不錯，但到後面會有越喝越渴的跡象，也是俗稱的死鹹感，aka小夥伴們也覺得太鹹。
#酥皮玉米濃湯
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗
這碗玉米濃湯除了奶香一級棒，散在湯裡的玉米，甜味也恰到好處，喝起來十分順口，把上層的現烤酥皮加進湯裡，湯的味道會瞬間加上神來一筆的烤氣，雖然真的是肥滋滋的油，但喝起來卻不會膩，可以說是雙重享受耶，另外被浸泡在湯汁裡的酥皮，吸收了玉米濃湯的湯汁後，那軟軟的口感，像在吃布丁麵包，真的是一級棒。所以說話說有人跟我一樣，喜歡把酥皮加到玉米濃湯裡頭的嗎(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)
#勃根地蒜味烤田螺 （非套餐）
🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑
烤田螺一份有五顆，在上菜時店員會拿上田螺夾到桌邊，讓餐者方便分食，而回到食物本身，烤田螺的口感除了很Q彈又保持者著剛好的脆度，味道方面田螺的濃郁蒜味蓋滿了整個鼻腔，是男子漢的味蕾，整體吃下來很涮嘴，總而言之推薦給喜歡蒜味的孩子。
#羅西尼牛排
🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑
跟大家科普羅西尼牛排的歷史，故事是這樣的，在很久很久以前知名音樂家羅西尼，因為半夜睡不著覺，把冰箱裡的鵝肝牛排之類的奢華食物加起來當成宵夜，從此這宵夜就變成家喻戶曉的傳統法式料理。好了再次回到正題，Lou Lou的羅西尼基底鋪上了黑松露醬汁，然後再將薯泥、菲力牛排跟鴨肝逐一放上。首先我要告白一下盤中的薯泥，綿密到不行的它，帶有一放到嘴裡就化開的口感，非常討喜。而主角的菲力牛排熟度剛好，吃起來軟嫩中保有彈性，比較失望的是最上層的鴨肝濃郁度不足，吃下去後沒有那種濃郁回肝的幸福氣味。整體來說羅西尼表現度沒有我期待中的高，要說羅西尼牛排，beape在我心中還是對更勝10籌(*¯︶¯*)
#經典起司肉醬大水管麵
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕
經典起司肉醬醬汁用番茄作為醬汁核心，其中加入細緻的碎肉、起司作為提升口感和香氣層次的來源，搭配Q彈帶有小麥味的大水管麵，真滴一級棒，涮嘴程度是就算我是個小鳥胃，撐到爆我也要把它全部吃光光，因為哇ㄞ哩，我喜歡這個水管麵呀！！
#香草冰淇淋
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑
這裡的冰淇淋吃起來有種雪酪的感覺，清爽的味道配上上層淋上的焦糖不甜不膩，真滴是飯後的神來一筆，滿足感up~
#經典法式焦糖烤布丁（甜點加價升級）
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕
主角外滑內軟的布丁，口感方面滑順度大於綿密感，配上焦糖一起入口，竟然是強烈濃郁的焦糖焦苦味作為前鋒衝到口腔，最後才以淡淡的烤回甘收尾，整體來說是個有特別風格的大人味甜點，我覺得在外面吃不太到，所以強烈建議大家一點來吃吃！

雖然原本最期待的不如預期驚艷，但其他的餐點有補足部分的失望，下次有聚餐會先將口袋名單看一遍，如果沒有想去的，這裡應該才是第二順位～這是什麼渣女言論哈哈哈。環境方面，這裡的復古裝潢十分吸睛，而且位子坐起來很舒適，另外服務方面也很不錯，店員看到我想拍照，還主動過來協助移動盤子，整體來說這裡推薦給極度熱愛有儀式感、喜歡氣氛的人，也推薦要聚會的姐妹，或正在熱戀要約會的小情侶們。好啦這次的分享就到這結束，喜歡的人就趕緊追蹤我吧，我們下篇見(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)

Chocolate Fountain Fondue Machine (Set Up Chocolate Syrup Sauce Recipe)
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 20min
Servings: 3~4people
What you need:
350g (12oz.) chocolate bars
200ml milk
strawberries, bananas, pineapples, marshmallows, biscuits, breads, etc...
1 tbsp, liquor if you like
How to Prepare the Chocolate Syrup Sauce:
1. Break chocolate bars into small pieces. Melt the chocolates over hot water.
2. Warm the milk using microwave or boil up to 40C (105F).
3. Add milk little by little into the melted chocolate and mix with a spatula until smooth. Add liquor if you like.
How to Use the Machine:
1. Before using the machine, turn the HEAT knob and HEAT for 15 minutes.
2. Pour in the chocolate syrup sauce.
3. Turn the HEAT MORTOR knob.
