✅1 Cube Knorr Ikan Bilis
✅1/2 Cup Chopped Scallions
✅1 Block Of Soft Tofu (Cubed)
✅1 Tsp Gochugaru (Korean Red Chili Flakes)
✅1 Tbsp Gochujang (Korean Hot Pepper Paste)
✅1 Chicken Thigh Or Breast Meat (Skinless, Boneless & Cut Into Bite-Sized Pieces)

𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
🔸Place Kimchi, Chicken, Garlic, Scallions, Sesame Oil, Gochujang, Gochugaru & Knorr Ikan Bilis Cube in the pot.
🔸Pour in water & bring to a boil.
🔸Reduce the heat to a simmer & cook for 5 mins.
🔸Add-In Tofu, Carrots & Onions.
🔸Continue cooking for another 5 mins, adding the egg & scallions at the very end.
🔸Serve immediately, over steaming white rice if desired.

Haven't been posting much about recent smoothie recipes and I am all out and about with cauliflower smoothie lately. It's healthier than smoothie with banana so I'm really loving it.
This is due to lower sugar in cauliflower compared to bananas because most single serving smoothie comprises 1-2 bananas (depending on the size). Plus the addition of other fruits, can be too much sugar sometimes. And let's be real, there's way too much sugar in everything else that we consume on a day to day basis. So during food preparation, it's great to have conscious effort to try alternatives with lower sugar/salt (in this case is our sugar). A lot of people are often misguided into thinking that consuming fruits is very healthy but when consumed excessively can also be a disaster, because fruits contain sugar.
To those who dislike cauliflower, sengkuang is another great alternative . Or... try adding or replacing with smaller amount of cauliflower each time, untill you are used to the taste of cauliflower.
