Think we need a bigger bucket.!!! 😂Did a few short rounds of 15-20 seconds with the bucket increased to 104 pounds ( 50lbs bag of sand + 20lbs weights + 9lbs ( 2 bricks) + 25lbs bag of rice)! Proper Technique with using the whole body as one unit really is key, otherwise its a bad injury waiting to happen! ( I know... Will take a video next time when Kaity comes back!) Then endurance rounds and weighted squats with the 70lbs bucket. Getting stronger!
