其實傳統印度婦女不只是戴上耳環,手環等首飾, 他們身上的一條金珠跟黑珠銜接的項鍊是有意義的唷。在印度,已婚的不一定要戴婚戒但是這條Mangalsutra確是比婚戒還來得重要。
想當初小妞到清奈去參觀一些很有歷史的印度廟宇, 好在身上的Mangalsutra讓我可以進到各廟宇的主殿。有一兩次進去時,還被gugruji問,那時我就是大方拿出我的項鍊, 就順利進去啦 ^^ 當下覺得這Mangalsutra也太厲害了吧～根本就是萬用的通行證 XD
