Some thoughts. This world, increasingly it feels like we are being run by metrics, and we are constantly being made to quantify everything. But those dont usually account for the human experience or our humanity. Stories like these are a beautiful reminder that magic has always lived and will continue to live in a space outside of that (until they learn how to quantify that, and hopefully in a meaningful way!).
