平時去Salon洗頭都好enjoy頭部按摩果幾下~ 但嫌時間太短唔夠喉!
今次就體驗左【45mins泰式洗頭】
洗頭過程中, 頭部按摩真係好舒服, 好Relax,
特別係頸位果幾下, 力度剛剛好, 最後仲幫我吹埋頭tim~

平時做運動拉筋唔夠, 兼有扁平足🦵🏻,
所以就揀埋【45mins足底按摩(玫瑰浴鹽)】
先用玫瑰浴鹽浸一浸腳, 由小腿按摩至腳底,
因為太耐冇按過, 所以淋巴又再次塞左, 初初果幾下真係好痛!!
但推鬆左之後痛楚就舒緩左, 每一下都好到位,
按完之後, 真係鬆左好多~😌😌😌

Went to PHS HAIRSCIENCE @PHShairscience for a hair analysis to get to the root (pun intended LOL) and solve my hair loss, greying hair, damaged hair and scalp problem 😣 Do you know that we only have 20-25 cycles of hair in our entire lifetime 😱😱😱 I don’t know how many cycles liao if i still don’t take care of my scalp i think they drop somemore means gone forever 😱
After the analysis i also did a hair treatment and hair spa to cleanse and rejuvenate my scalp and hair 😵 The experience was sooooo heavenly omg 😭 Got massage chair for leg and back, your personal movie screen, free TWG tea and cookies 😋 And neck and shoulder massage by the staff 😱 It’s really one of the rare 2 hours i get to really enjoy recently, with the hectic schedule and work + momming stress 😖 Hair and scalp care should definitely be weaved into my lifestyle now!

@PHShairscience also has homecare products where you can target your hair issues in between treatment sessions! I’m trying it out now so be prepared to see improvement and updates and we can all witness my hair growing back at the bald spots 😔

Go try out the hair treatments for yourselves! They use Korean botanical essences in their products and BEST of all, each process of the treatment is targeted to help your hair and scalp condition + feels really relaxing! I especially love the micro mist one, it jets onto your scalp like a pulse massage but it’s just water mist so it’s very gently and relaxing 😍

Ok I know it took me 1000000 years to finally upload this but life has been really crazy for the past month ?
Some notes: I do this on dry hair! Not damp or wet. Also, you can tie a scarf around your head if you're scared it'll move while you're sleeping but I would only recommend this if absolutely necessary; it does reduce volume and I like big waves ?

How are you all holding up? I think I'd be fine if I could go to the gym but staying inside my apartment all day is making me feel really sluggish ? I hope you're all staying safe and healthy though!
Recently, I've been baking to relieve stress but it's actually becoming a problem ? my fridge is full of waffles, mochi, banana bread, and probably apple cobbler by tomorrow if I'm feeling sad enough lol...and I can't even give any of these to my friends anymore bc nobody's leaving the house!! I really am gonna be rolling out of quarantine huh ?
