またまたダイソーで買った『デコレーションスタンプ』(100円商品）にチョコレートを入れて使ってみました。本来はケチャップやマヨネーズを入れてデコ弁に使う商品なのですが、こんなに かわいくスタンプできるなら他のものにも使えるかも！と思って試してみました。
小さな小さなクマの形のチョコレートは時にはミッキーマウスになったり時にはブタさんになったりしますが、大体はうまくいくので小さなギフトにしてみてはいかがでしょうか？
これまたダイソーで買った簡単密封『シーラー』（100円商品）を使ったラッピングもしました。
ダイソーまじヤバい。
（黒いチョコレートでやったスタンプは練習の時の映像です。見事にテンパリングに失敗してしまいました。）
*レシピ*
１．お好みのチョコレートを溶かし『ダイソーのデコレーションスタンプ』に入れる。
２．オーブンシートの上にスタンプしていく。チョコが絞り出されるのを横から確認しながらスタンプし、その後まっすぐに上げるのがコツです。
今回使ったピンクのチョコレートは滑らかさが少なく、固まりやすかったので絞り出しづらかったです。
ホワイトチョコレート 25gで35個程度
ピンクのチョコレート 25gで25個程度 できました。
３．シュガースプリンクなどでデコる。
４．冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。
５．5センチ幅の透明袋（近所のホームセンター）
簡単密封『シーラー』（ダイソー）
刺繍糸（100円ショップで買えます）
針
を使い一袋にチョコ10〜12個程度を入れてラッピングする。
６．でけた。
とってもかわいくできるけど、使った後『デコレーションスタンプ』を洗うのが大変でした。

Again, we used the "Decoration Stamp" (¥100 product) which we bought at DAISO by putting chocolate. This product was originally made to decorate a lunch box with ketchup or mayonnaise. We thought it could be used for something else if it can make such a cute stamp like this!
Very small bear shaped chocolate sometimes becomes Mickey Mouse or a pig, but how about making a small gift with this because it works most of the time? We also did the wrapping using the easy sealing "Sealer" (¥100 product) from DAISO. DAISO is seriously dangerous!
(The stamp with black chocolate is a picture of practice. We failed spectacularly at tempering.)
*Recipe*
１．Melt chocolate you like and pour it into "DAISO's Decoration Stamp."
２．Stamp on parchment paper (oven sheet). The tip is to stamp chocolate being squeezed out, making sure from the side, then bring a stamp straight up.
The pink chocolate used this time has a lack of smoothness, and it was difficult to squeeze out because it easily hardens.
Made appx. 35 pieces with white chocolate
and appx. 25 pieces with pink chocolate.
３．Decorate with sugar sprinkles, etc.
４．Let your chocolate cool and harden in refrigerator.
５．5cm wide clear bag (home improvement center in my neighborhood).
The easy sealing "Sealer" (DAISO)
Embroidery thread (Can be purchased at ¥100 store)
Using a needle, put 10~12 pieces of chocolate in a bag and wrap.
６．Finished.
It makes very cute chocolates, but it was hard to wash the "Decoration Stamp" afterwards.

Chocolate Bears Taking a Bath (Valentine's Day Tart Recipe)
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 1-2 hrs (incl. cooling time)
Number of servings: 7
Ingredients:
7 small tart shells
100g (3.5oz.) milk chocolate for the bears
Ganache Bathwater
* 40g (1.4oz.) white chocolate
* 2 tbsp. whipping cream
* 1/2 tsp. any liquor *optional
sugar sprinkles of your choice
Directions:
1. Put chopped milk chocolate in a pastry bag and place it over hot water to melt. Snip off the end and pipe it into the mold. Then put in the fridge or freezer to set.
2. Put whipping cream in a bowl. Place it over hot water until warm. Put chopped white chocolate and leave for a minute until soft. Then mix well. Add liquor to taste if you like.
3. Pour the Ganache Bathwater into the tart shells. Place it in the fridge until they harden up a little bit. Remove the bear chocolates from the mold and place them into the tarts. Decorate with sprinkles of your choice.
If you want to take this to the place where there is no fridge, you can use regular chocolate instead of using chocolate ganache.

Duffy the Disney Bear Cake
Difficulty: EASY
Time: 30min (to decorate)
Number of Servings: 12cm (5inch) bowl
Ingredients:
4 thinly sliced 18cm (7.1-inch) round sponge cake

vanilla whipped cream
chocolate whipped cream
canned fruits and syrup
chocolate pens: brown/white/red
Directions:
1. Bake sponge cake and make whipped cream. *of course you can use store-bought ones to save time!
2. Print out your favorite Duffy image to the size you want.
3. Place parchment paper over the image and draw eyes, nose and mouth using chocolate pens (you can use food coloring to make the colored chocolates). Put in the fridge to set.
4. Cut a slice of sponge cake radially and place them in a bowl (preferably lined with plastic wrap). Cut out ears using round cookie cutters, cups, glasses or whatever you have on hand.
5. Brush the cake with syrup. *it makes the cake very moist and nice! so, don't forget to apply it on the ears, too!
6. Place some whipped cream and fruits, then place a layer of sponge cake to cover. Place it in the fridge for about 30 minutes to set.
7. Flip over the cake onto a dish and remove from the bowl.
8. Frost the cake with vanilla whipped cream.
9. Use cups to make an outline of the part where you want to fill with vanilla whipped cream.
10. Pipe out the chocolate whipped cream in a pastry bag fitted with a small star tip. Hollow the ears to make them look 3D.
11. Pipe out the vanilla whipped cream in a pastry bag fitted with a small star tip. Place some leftover sponge cakes on his mouth to make a small mountain.
12. Place the eyes, nose, and mouth to finish.
FYI: How to Make Chocolate Whipped Cream
In a bowl, place 200ml heavy whipping cream, 2 tbsp. granulated sugar, sift in 2 tbsp. cocoa powder, and a few drops of vanilla extract (if you like). Float the bottom of the bowl in ice water, whisk the cream until it forms a soft peak.
You can keep it in the fridge for a day!
